Your private bathroom, just off the bedroom, includes a jetted bathtub. The full-sized kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials that you will need. The kitchen offers a small dining area. Your Living Room has a comfy sofa, flat screen T.V. with cable and a cozy gas fireplace. The private deck with patio furniture has gorgeous views of trees, mountains and Fall River. This is a very nice, cozy condo right on the Fall River. It was very clean, and the king bed was comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Loved this cabin. Right on the stream. We went and got a fishing pole for the kids and they caught tons of trout (released all of them). There is an upstairs loft with two beds. Fireplace on main level w nice king bed. Loved the little deck. Cooking items, nice shower and bathroom. Cable tv with tons of channels. Check in was great and check out easy. The only thing I’d ask for is some warm blankets for living room! Thank you!

Didn't want to leave!

Our stay was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to sit outside and enjoy Fall River right in our "backyard" was definitely a highlight of our stay. The condo was super CLEAN, checkin was a breeze, and communication leading up to our visit was prompt & polite. We cannot wait to visit again!

Perfect location

Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Literally right on the creek with a nice deck/patio. Beds were very comfortable and peaceful location for relaxing when we weren't out exploring.

Quick weekend getaway
