Our family had a great time. Great location on the river and so close to RMNP. Very cute and modern yet slightly run down (baseboard heaters falling apart, scuffs on the walls, broken lock on the back porch door handle, etc). Requested early check in on the app in the morning and when we arrived at the front office at 12:30 were told it was almost ready and they would call us when we could return and get keys. Never received a call, returned at 4 pm and got our keys.
Let me first say we loved the location and the condo was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 4 with two elementary-age kids. Would recommend to anyone! But—a couple things need attention. The bathroom door doesn’t stay open which was a bit annoying so, the hinge needs adjusting. The refrigerator temperature was set to normal but all our food that was toward the back froze while we were there and we had to toss it, so that needs to be addressed. And finally, it would be FABULOUS if you added a screen door to the patio so that we can truly enjoy the sound of the Big Thompson River. This would also allow a nice cross breeze throughout the condo since there's no a/c and it got quite stuffy at times. We opened the windows behind the couch but hey, they're close to the floor, and, yeah, BEHIND the couch so we really couldn't enjoy the fresh air they provided. Hopefully this feedback is helpful.
The condo was in a great location. It was very close to both downtown shops and restaurants and the RMNP. Check in was very easy. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I would definitely rent with this host again.
We enjoyed our visit and use of this unit. Check-in was simple, and check-out too. The primary bedroom was where we slept and the mattress was an impressive memory foam. Will be back, perfect for the two of us. a bit tight if you had more adults, but I could see it working for additional younger guests.
Absolutely loved this little gem! So close to RMNP Fall River Entrance and a great quiet community. The river running through the backyard was icing on the cake - just perfect. The space had everything we needed for our stay.
The condo was located just a few miles from RMNP. The balcony overlooked the creek and it was nice to hang out there. The kitchen is very modern and has everthing you need. The master bed is so comfortable! Such a cute place!!
It was a great property on the river. Quite, comfortable, and very clean! They had everything we needed for a great stay. Plus you get free ski, snowboard, snowshoe, and sled rentals!
We had such a great time! The property was beautiful! My kids labeled this trip as, “the best vacation ever”.
Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space!!
Really enjoyed our stay here. Exactly as described and VERY clean. If you are headed to RMNP then this place is ideal - Just a mile from the park entrance. Very convenient.

I loved looking at the Aspen trees through the skylight. The hot tub was perfect temperature but did not have seats in it which was odd and I could not even sit down to relax.
It was a lovely property, well maintained and clean. The directions encouraged people staying there to keep the windows closed because of bears which I did however it became too hot to sleep and the fan provided sounded like an airplane engine. Otherwise, it was nice and I would stay there again.
