The cabin was set off of Route 34 alongside a creek about 3minutes out if downtown. It was a beautiful mountain cabin with a hot tub facing the creek. The cabin was clean and updated. We live in Loveland so it was an easy overnight
I can't say enough about how charming this property was. It was situated on the banks of the Fall River with a beautiful view of nature outside our door. The cabin was very well equipped and the ambiance was indescribable. We hope to go back when there aren't gale force winds!
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is peaceful, quiet, comfortable and impeccably clean. Right on Fall River. Check in/check out was easy and convenient. We rented a different condo, though the hot tub at that condo wasn't working, so we were given condo D, which was comparable. I really appreciated this since we were looking forward to using the hot tub. Staff had called to let us know about the change and to give us an update on the property/road conditions due to a recent major snow storm. My only minor complaint was that the seating looked a little more comfortable at the original condo than the one we were given. But that wasn't a big deal. The kids enjoyed having the loft to themselves and I liked that the main bedroom/bathroom was on the first floor.
Place and locality are good! Close to Rocky Mountain National park and beautiful views. But, had problems with bed (broken at one of the corners) and unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Expect less utensils in the kitchen and even an extra trash bag is needed to be asked (felt surprising!!)
The cabins are as pictured in the listing; however we booked cabin C and was given cabin G instead at check in. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking, but if you are going to cook in the cabin, be sure to bring EVERYTHING you might need for your meal as there weren't any spices or oil that you might sometimes find left behind by other guests. The beds were comfortable, and the hot tub enjoyable. Downtown Estes Park had a great festival that we attended, and the town was busy. The fall colors did not disappoint.
This was a great place to stay and close to everything! Was nice to sit out by the river that runs right outside the front door. Will definitely stay again.
My wife and I got away for a Labor Day weekend to Estes Park and wanted to stay near Rocky Mnt Nat Park. We found this cabin + condo with a hot tub and are very glad we did. This was an amazing home-base while we hiked RMNP everyday. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after a long day's hike. Would highly recommend and stay again!
Our family loved the location of the condo, a mile outside the RMNP entrance, just outside of town and right on a lovely stream. The size was perfect for our family of 5. We stayed during a heat waves and although there is no A/C, the office gave us another fan to help. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and the hot tub and jetted tub were a plus. If there is anything I have to add would be to clean the upstairs fan. But not a deal breaker to make future reservations or recommendations. The beds were so comfortable. No complaints there!
Wonderful place - perfect and right near the park!
We will absolutely be back - very clean, hot tubs were great and right on the river, and we loved the proximity to RMNP! Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely!
The property was just as described. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The location was great and only about 5 mins from town and a mile from RMNP. We will definitely be coming back!
Staying in this condo was absolutely amazing! The surroundings were gorgeous, the privacy of the hut tub was great and the location (in terms of closeness to activities) was PERFECT!!
Stayed at this condo for a little pre-Christmas getaway with the family. Enjoyed the stay, condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely return!
We loved our stay and look forward to staying in Estes Park Condos in the future. The only thing was that the bathroom located downstairs was not draining properly so water builds up as you're showering. The condo was located in a perfect spot close to the river and only takes 9 minutes to get into town. We were told by our neighbors that there was a black bear behind our cabin, but never saw or heard it, thankfully they told us because my spouse was heading to our car to grab something and turned back around. Thank you for allowing us to stay here and enjoy our Labor Day Weekend. All of our neighbors were very nice and we loved joking around with everyone. Would recommend this place to all.
The best thing about this condo is the location. It is on the river. We found ourselves dining and relaxing at the patio table and Adirondack chairs on the side of the unit. The hot tub was a delight after a day of hiking, fly fishing, golfing, horseback riding and white water rafting. We did it all! This location is close to everything. The unit was very comfortable and the bed was especially nice and comfy. They provide plenty of bath towels which are very large, nice and fluffy.
One of the reasons we love to rent VRBO's is for the kitchen. We like to cook our own breakfast and occasional dinners (Especially during COVID) we would suggest a new set of pots and pans. The ones in the unit have had better days.
The kitchen faucet is cheap and flimsy. You have to struggle to get the right temperature of water. It is either scalding hot or very cold. More than one dish towel would also be nice. The bathtub needs some Draino, it fills up with water while your taking a shower. One of the Adirondack chairs is coming apart at the arm rest.
Restaurants in the area:
We tried to get a reservation with a local restaurant everyone loves, Dunraven, but they book out 1 to 2 weeks ahead so we did not get to experience it. Most of the city has small Mom
& Pop restaurants and they can be quite pricey with "not so good" food. There are hardly any fast food stops, only McDonalds, Subway, Dominos and Jimmy Johns. We loved the chicken fried steak at " You Need Pie". The service was great and the food even better. The Trailhead Restaurant had an amazing view but was very pricey and the food was not worth it.
We will definitely be back especially to this condo, Unit C
The property was beautiful but very uncomfortably hot in the day and evening. My husband and our friends stayed one night in the condo. We did not realize that there was no A/C which made sleeping very uncomfortable. There was only one box fan for the 1st floor bedroom and you could not sleep with the windows open in that room.
The 2nd floor room has a ceiling fan however even with the windows open the room was still very hot. There is also a nice skylight in the bedroom, but no shade to cover it.
If you are someone that does not mind sleeping in a hot home, then this is perfect for you because it is a beautiful property.
