With 7 or more nights booked, you receive a 10% discount! Plus you get more time to explore. The location gives you freedom: part of your group can head to RMNP for hiking while the rest of the family is not left stranded. You can still walk down the stairs, out the condo door, and head East on the Riverwalk, and enjoy Lake Estes, the Marina, the 9-hole golf course, and the Big Thompson River. Or head West on the Riverwalk to restaurants serving delicious food and cool beverages, coffee shops where you can sip a cup of coffee and and watch the world, or boutique stores and art galleries selling unique items. Of course, you might just want to relax on one of your balconies and do nothing! Whatever you do, we know you'll make this a vacation to remember. Winter dates are a bargain and it's so beautiful in the mountains with the snow, blue skies and quiet town. We'd love to have you join us in the heart of Estes Park.

This newer condo on the second floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king and an adjoining area with a queen bed, a pull out couch, and 2.25 baths. A security camera is located outside of the entrance. With plenty of space (1800 square feet) it is perfect for any size group-cozy enough for couples but plenty of space for families.

We have been in Estes Park for 40 years and know and love this town. Our daughters were born and raised in Estes Park. We have both retired from our first careers in Estes and in 1998 moved on to buy the BigHorn Restaurant. In September of 2013, we sold the restaurant to a wonderful local couple. Now, we are officially retired and truly enjoying the place where we live.

Why they chose this property

This property is a wonderful location with its view of the river and the convenience of downtown. Plus, it is such a surprising amount of space (1800 square feet). You walk up the steps from the Riverwalk into the kitchen and see a beautiful open space with high ceilings and plenty of light. We fell in love with it.

We love the openness of this condo and its southern exposure. We also think the location is premier and the construction is top quality.
