The condo was clean, had a great view and easy walking access to town. The property manager (Renee) was quick to address a maintenance need and was readily available the duration of our stay. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Host offered input for local attractions before we knew we needed it. Thank you for the foresight. Space was very clean and uncluttered. Just right. View was great and close to everything we needed. Elk in the front yard and even a bear tried to get in to the dumpster a couple nights. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

While the host was responsive, she didn't fix our broken washer issue, even though she had a whole day, which is one of our criteria for choosing a place to stay. I took home all my dirty hiking clothes. She let us check in an hour early, but she was quick to remind us of the check-out time. The place is very outdated, but it was clean. And yes, it says there is no AC on the site, and it was hot during the day. The shower in the master bedroom bathroom drained very slowly, and it was slippery. Only 1 very small TV in the living room. Also, the downstairs door has to stay open. Did not feel safe with the main door open 24 hours. The balcony is shared.

We greatly appreciate all reviews. In a small mountain town, same-day appliance repairs are ideal but not always realistic, especially when an issue arises over the weekend. As advertised, the unit does not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans are provided and all windows can be opened. The balcony is private; the door on it leads to locked owner storage, as is apparent from the building’s exterior. Like those in other apartment or condominium buildings, the main entrance remains unlocked for fire safety and emergencies. The slow bathtub drain has been addressed. And most don’t come to the mountains to watch TV.

Perfect distance from both rocky mountain NP and Estes park.- you felt out of the hustle and bustle but close enough for convenience. Amazing views outside on the deck as well! We loved our stay!

Loved this condo! Comfy beds, plenty of room, great porch, great views, great location. Can't say enough about this place! We will definitely stay here again. Property Manager was quick when our coffee maker broke. Again, this is the place you want to rent.

Enjoyed our stay.

The condo is comfortable and furnished nicely. Close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. Only thing missing is an outdoor grill.
