Vacasa was very helpful and the house was very accommodating & comfortable.BIG issue was the front door code didn’t work and the key access knob just spun and made it difficult to lock & unlock.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils, so we were able to cook some of our meals. It was close to everything but not too close so that we could enjoy the mountain views as well. Would stay here again.

Thank you for hosting us and accommodating our needs through the trip. We were having trouble with our refrigerator and Bri was able to have someone dropped off a backup mini fridge for our groceries.Great place and scenery, my family had a great time relaxing and playing in the snow. This home is a great find! It's clean, well taken care of, they do a great job of communicating and it has what you need. We came for a quick family wedding weekend but I would rent for a longer vaccation. It was wonderful

Amanda the local property manager was awesome! She came by to assist with the door locks that were not functioning. It was never resolved so we had to use a key. She also purchased a box fan when the fan onsite didn't work. Great area! Nice place. Close to everything. Couldn't fit our SUV in the garage. There was an odor that we never figured out. May have been coming from the sink.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The property manager communicated everything we needed to know via text, and was responsive when we had questions. The condo itself was well kept and in a beautiful location very close to downtown, and we had elk outside in our yard most mornings. We loved the big kitchen table and having a garage, as well as the heated floor in the main bathroom. We only had a few issues during our stay. The mattresses were extremely hard, like, slab of concrete hard, so be prepared for that. Living room furniture was worn and pretty uncomfortable. The fireplace was confusing (and a little scary) to try and operate. We also came across a few spiders in the downstairs bedroom. All that to say, we would definitely stay at the condo again. It had a welcoming, cozy atmosphere and suited our needs perfectly.

Nice house near the lake

House is very nice for families whose members can handle stairs. If you are driving a suburban or expedition or comparable size cars, they will not go in the garage. Door does not go high enough. Excellent communication with property manager.

Beautiful Location in the Middle of Estes Park

Overall, the stay was great. There was no mention that the location does not have AC, which would have been good to know. We would have still chosen to stay in this location. There was potentially an issue with the property management company, but VRBO handled it and was wonderful to work with. VRBO ensured our trip would go as planned.

Nice very comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, clean and very comfortable. The only issue we had was the fireplace wasn't working and the company managing the property (Vacasa) was not very responsive and waited until the next day to come out and take a look at it. They finally connected us to our "guest agent" who was very helpful and came out to connect the fireplace. We're just not sure why we had to wait so long.

Poor communication

Great place- awful management company. They were very slow in responding to my questions most of which were never answered. I would recommend the place itself but I would strongly suggest the owner select a new management company. They are not doing you any favors.
