Great location and very spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the river. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
We enjoyed our stay at the downtown riverfront condo. It was much larger than I expected, there was plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out. It was so nice and relaxing to sit on the patio and listen to the river and watch people stroll by. It was centrally located and we could walk to everything in town. And, there is an awesome coffee shop right below the unit!I would totally stay here again next time we are in Estes!
We really enjoyed our stay in downtown Estes Park. The location was hard to beat, and we loved being able to walk to everything. Our favorite part was heading downstairs every morning for coffee at Kind Coffee. What a great start to each day! Comfortable, convenient, and a wonderful home base for our trip. We would gladly stay again. Easy access to to shops, restaurants and also very near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We love Estes and have been many times over the years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! Definitely recommend!
The condo is just as listed and is in a great location. It’s at the end of the shops and restaurants and all are in walking distance. We loved the spacious family room and kitchen area. The kitchen is nicely stocked and so are the bathrooms. We would highly recommend!
This was a beautiful space and the owners have thought of everything. I love how clean it was and that it had a full bathtub/shower to come back to after a long day of hiking. We were all able to stretch out and have our own space at the end of each day.
The Thompson’s were very responsive to our questions about the rental and Estes Park. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very roomy. The balcony with hummingbirds was beautiful. They had everything we needed plus more. Great stay! We would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thanks you for a great stay in Estes!

Scott & Karen Thompson live and work in Estes Park; Scott as a real estate consultant and Karen as his unlicensed assistant. We have lived in Estes Park 14 years, but like many, have been visiting the area since childhood. We sincerely enjoy hosting guests, giving them a quality place to stay and information they need to make their vacation pleasant. The Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park have so much to offer, and we are blessed to live here year-round. Giving back to the community is important to us, and we especially enjoy volunteering for local events like Elk Fest, Catch the Glow Parade, and the Estes Park Duck Race. We have two adult daughters, a son-in-law, and a grandson and enjoy hiking and serving others in our spare time.
