Location, location, location! We are excited to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven in downtown Estes Park and to provide you with an exceptional vacation experience. This luxury riverfront loft condo is ideal and very popular for family vacations, reunions, members of your wedding party, multi-generational families, yet it is also a great place for a couple's get-away. Because of it's downtown location, it is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, family activities, trails, golf and events in Bond Park. The condo is in a mixed-use building, with retail businesses on the street level. Easy seasonal access to shuttle service to Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo features modern furniture and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, travertine tile--everything to make your stay relaxing.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and private attached 3/4 bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the living areas, one being brand new. We will happily provide a Pack 'n Play for your little one upon request. Games and books for evenings or rainy days.

The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, tea, paper goods and all the pots, pans, and dishes you may need. There is also a slow cooker, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have granite counter tops, tiled bath enclosures with glass doors and we provide the shampoo, body wash, and make-up remover towelettes. There is a small cooler for your picnic in the park. Ed's Cantina, a local Mexican food favorite and Kind Coffee are a stone's throw away if you prefer to have your meals or coffee prepared for you.

Popular hummingbird feeder on the balcony provides hours of entertainment during the summer.

Please plan to bring your own reusable water bottles. Estes Park has award-winning water, and we hope you'll enjoy it's freshness. In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we discourage you from purchasing water in single-use plastic bottles. If you must purchase water, please buy gallons.

We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the Estes Park area and the National Park, including local favorites, day trip suggestions, etc. Just give us a call before or during your stay.

Great Space Great Location

The location of unit is great as well as the space! It was so roomy and comfortable. Check in was super easy and communication with owners was seamless. Walls are a little thin; unit next to us was loud at times but nothing that would stop us from staying here again!

Convenient location to downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient to get to downtown activities as well as access to the walking trails. The only thing that wasn’t clear was the steps going up to the unit were quite long and the parking is just not as easy but manageable. Regardless, we would happily stay again.

Family trip to Estes Park

My wife and 3 kids recently stayed here. It is an extremely spacious, clean condo that is the perfect location if you want to spend time in Estes Park. We walked down to Kind Coffee each morning, my sons and I were able to walk down the river to enjoy some fly fishing and my daughter and wife were able to explore the main drag without ever needing our car. Would definitely stay in this unit again in the future.

Efficient and Beautiful

We loved it. The condo is very efficient and pretty. It was just like being at home but with a beautiful mountain scenery. Nice to be able to sit on the balcony on the Riverwalk. Great location to shops and downtown activities. We are already planning our next year trip. The Houston group.

Great Location!

We loved everything about this host/hostess and both locations we stayed at including this one. One thing renters should know is that the bedrooms are in front of unit and there is constant LOUD traffic noise all night with windows open, plus the delivery and garbage trucks in early AM hours. Be prepared! Other than that.....Absolutely a Great Place to Stay!!

Amazing location

Thank you for giving others a chance to stay here to enjoy Estes Park. You've gone out of your way by providing everything for families with toddlers. It was obvious to us you take great satisfaction in having everyone experience a 5 star Presidential stay. This luxury townhouse is in a location where you can find everything you need within walking distance. My only regret in sharing this experience with everyone may make my next stay here difficult to find a reservation. Thank you for the chance to experience this beautiful place.

Spring Break - Family Stay

The location and place was perfect. We did have to spread out our shower times to have hot water. We showered quickly and NEVER at the same time. The water heater seemed to be working; however, just couldn't keep up 100%. There was only 4 of us. We would defiantly stay again.

Beautiful, well cared for, and spacious condo!

I went to Estes with a group of colleagues for a conference and this condo was perfect for what we needed. We had seven people in our group and could have probably slept more comfortably. The condo is very well cared for and updated throughout. Comfortable beds and plenty of bedding and towels. We noticed no noise from the businesses below and parking was pretty simple. We loved Kind Coffee and Ed's Cantina just downstairs! The owners were helpful and quick to respond to our request. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, accommodations, and communication

We stayed as a birthday getaway for my daughter with a friend and her friend’s mom. We were impressed by the space and the hospitality - my daughter wanted to bake her birthday cake while we were there and owners were quick to respond to my questions about kitchen tools and left a welcoming little birthday surprise for my daughter. We had a couple other questions during our stay which were answered promptly and graciously. The proximity to great food, downtown, and the view of the river are great bonuses. We also rented sleds and drove into Rocky Mountain National Park for a little outdoor adventure Saturday. Plenty to do and plenty to love; we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable and clean

The condo was convenient to shops and restaurants. Excellent for families and friends. We loved the balcony overlooking the river and used it often. Plenty of supplies provided. Loved all the windows and kept them open for the cool breeze. With that being said, the only downside was the loud garbage trucks that came 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there and they came very early around 5 am and seemed to stay a very long time. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back.

We enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend at this beautiful condo. The condo was just as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of the property is ideal, close to RMNP and within walking distance to everything downtown. We were so lucky to be in Estes Park for the changing colors and for elk rutting season. We saw so many herds and heard the bugling throughout the weekend. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a beautiful space and the owners have thought of everything. I love how clean it was and that it had a full bathtub/shower to come back to after a long day of hiking. We were all able to stretch out and have our own space at the end of each day.

Nice stay!

Condo was clean, well equipped and convenient location. River walk was a pleasant surprise. Only drawback was the late night and early morning loud traffic noise. Despite the attempt of the White Noise machines located in the bedrooms.

The Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park have so much to offer, and we are blessed to live here year-round. Giving back to the community is important to us, and we especially enjoy volunteering for local events like Elk Fest, Catch the Glow Parade, and the Estes Park Duck Race. We have two adult daughters, a son-in-law, and a grandson and enjoy hiking and serving others in our spare time.
