THE UNIT: Fall River Casita ("small house on Fall river") is a cozy first-floor condo with walnut floors and a decor best described as mountain cabin with modern amenities. There are beautiful photographs of Rocky Mountain National Park throughout the unit and an original sketch of Alberta Falls in the kitchen.

There is a small dining table and chairs and a Roku TV with many channels (guests need to use their own login to access these).

OUTDOOR AREAS: The back porch has a table and chairs and is literally a stone's throw away from Fall River. You can also sit on the rocks by the river or the shared swing nearby. There is a walking path along the river, should you feel the need to stretch your legs.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make and serve food, including an electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and microwave. There is a Keurig coffee machine with a selection of pods (various roasts and decaf) as well as tea bags for guest use. The peninsula with stools serves as workspace or a second eating space.

BEDROOM: The bedroom features a king bed. The sofa in the living room converts into a queen sleeper, if you need the extra space. The 2 closets are for guest use. While there is room to store your clothes or luggage, the closets also contain items you may need for your stay including fans, extra sheets, an iron, picnic blankets etc.

BATHROOM: The bathroom has a combo shower/tub with a water-saving showerhead that includes a hand shower. There is a large mirror and a clothes line to drip-dry clothes.

The 1Gbps internet and Wifi allow you to access the latest information about your surroundings (food, things to do etc.)
There are several unreserved parking spots in the lot in front of the unit.

LOCATION: The Fall River Entrance to RMNP is a mile away. Despite being this close to nature, you are less than 4 miles from downtown Estes Park, with its many restaurants, riverwalk and curio shops. Stanley Village has a Safeway, a gas station, a hardware store, breakfast and lunch cafes and a pet goods store.

Great winter visit
We enjoyed being snowed in and watching the snow fall on the creek behind the unit. One of the most well stocked kitchens I've seen in a VRBO.

Great stay for wedding at Della Terra
We were looking for a good property close to Della Terra for our friends’ wedding. This cozy place fit the bill. Just 3 min by car from the venue, it was easy to get ready and head over to the ceremony. It’s also really close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Fun for everyone! Our only sadness was that we didn’t have more time to sit creek side on the back deck. Gorgeous!

Great location to RMNP and downtown area. Loved the site on the river.
The place was very clean and had extensive kitchen appliances/dinnerware/cookware/glassware. Great river view from deck and quite a bit of privacy for a multi unit building/property. Owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the cabin and property, the proximity to town and the park was great! When we go back we will definitely get this cabin again every time. Fishing right out the back door was a huge plus.

We loved this property! Great access to Rocky Mountain National Park, but easy to get to town. We loved sitting on the deck with the river running by. I hope we can come back!

My wife (Sree) and I live in Longmont, CO with our 11 year old daughter and 2 year old Bordoodle. We are originally from India and have lived in the US since 2010. We love to travel and try to do atleast a couple of trips each year to destinations within the US and outside. We've enjoyed staying at short term rentals during these trips and believe they make a vacation more immersive and memorable, even if used as a pitstop for activities in the area.

In 2022, we turned our vacation home in Estes Park into a short-term rental and look forward to welcoming guests to our "Fall River Casita".
