Beautiful, newly furnished condo within minutes of Rocky Mountain National Park, Lumpy's Ridge, and walking distance to the Stanely Hotel and Estes Park downtown. The secluded condo is located in a quiet area with access to a green space. The covered deck off the master bedroom provides a perfect place to enjoy breathtaking views of Long's Peak and the Continental Divide.

This home has an open kitchen - living room area, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, media room, wireless internet, and a double car garage. The family room (lower level) contains a queen sofa sleeper, a WiFi HD TV with blue ray DVD player, and half bath. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king, full bath, small sitting area, and private deck looking out to the beautiful mountain view. The second bedroom upstairs contains a queen bed and small sitting area and looks out onto the green space where elk and deer are often seen. The 3rd and last bedroom contains a twin/full log bunk bed - perfect for the kids (large or small)! The two bedrooms share a full bath. In addition to the bedrooms upstairs, there is a media room right off the master, equipped with a WiFi HD TV, blue ray DVD player, and media collection. The condo also has a back patio where you can sit and enjoy the green space or barbeque on the grill.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Cute Condo

This cute condo was in a great location. Surrounded by trees. On the edge of town but still very close to everything. My family spent a nice weekend visiting the area. The owners were very informative and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Ideal location in Estes park!

My friends and I were in town for a wedding, and this VRBO was everything we could have asked for. Dave was an excellent host, who fixed problems before we even knew we had them (such as our tv not working). The location was ideal, as it was a short 15 minute walk into town, and an even shorter drive. The scenery is amazing and we had an excellent time!

Great Condo and Great Location

We loved the time we spent in Estes Park. The condo was very nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to the Stanley and Elkhorn ave easily. It was also just enough away to feel like you were in a mountain retreat. We had some deer come right up to the back patio and the views were breathtaking. Would highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

Very quiet, spacious, and well equipped cabin/condo. Doesn't quite match the pictures for the one we selected, and one of the beds memory foam topper gets hard with the colder weather. But, overall, absolutely worth the stay.

Great location, spacious clean rental home

The trip was delayed due to personal circumstances and the owners were very empathetic and worked with us to reschedule at last minute. That alone tells me everything. These are people who care. Check in process was smooth and communications were easy and with rapid replies. Place was clean, spacious and with enough room for family of 4 or more or several families. Kitchen is usable (though we barely did) and includes dishwasher, dish soap, full supplies. Bedrooms were sizeable and there are two TVs with many DVDs to choose from. Two car garage to park. Everything was clean, with everything one would need for a vacation. Location is ideal. 10 minute walk to the Stanley, Safeway, and downtown Estes Park. All in all, worth the price and would stay again

Comfy Neighborhood Condo

This townhouse isn't a stand-alone house, as the picture seems to indicate. It is, however, cozy and comfortable for 4 people, for 3 nights. We were thankful for the quick access to shopping, dining, gas (only 3 blocks to Safeway shopping center) as well as the short drive to get to the Nat'l Park entrances. Appreciated the garage, and all appliances working well. It was very quiet while we were there, but I can image when all townhouses are full of guests that might not be true. Comfortable seating, comfortable sleeping. Kitchen and bathrooms very clean. Bath linens were clean and fresh! Easy to adjust the temp thru day/night with plenty of windows to open. The kitchen is a little cramped with the big table, but we took turns so we weren't stepping on toes. Host was instantly available when we had a question. Everything is a little worn, which makes it feel homey rather than new and stiff.

Great winter vacay

We chose Estes Park for our winter vacay for proximity to family and that it wasn’t a ski town, and I chose this rental based on reviews, location, and price. The condo did not disappoint. Location was great, condo was clean and homey. The outdoor space was fantastic and allowed my kids unlimited snow time to their hearts content. Major pros for me were: the garage, the outdoor space, the WiiU for my kids, the towel warmer in the master bath, the little egg skillet in the kitchen, the child high chair provided, and the heat the fireplace put out. Minor cons/opportunities for improvement: no baby gate for the stairs, puny pillows on the master bed, uncomfortable couch downstairs (could be fixed possibly with putting a mattress in the pullout but the cushions kept squishing into the couch frame), no scissors or trash bags to be found. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, though definitely a 1 butt kitchen, and I had to buy sponges at the Safeway to clean the dishes as I could only find a scrub brush under the sink. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would recommend this rental highly. Just bring your own pillows and a pair of scissors with you.😉

The upper balcony had a fabulous view and we had a herd of elk come through our back yard two days for up close viewing! Then the night before we left, another herd came down the street. Best viewing ever. Kitchen was equipped. The cons were the king size bed was lumpy and soft and our pillows were terrible. The condo was clean but some of the blankets seemed a bit dusty but we loved the area. Best place we’ve stayed in our years of visiting Estes Park.

This was a great property! It had plenty os space for our family of 5. The property behind had tons of wildlife (elk, deer, turkey, birds, etc) to wake up to. It was close to the grocery store and 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain national park. Just 2 minutes from downtown Estes that has tons of cute shops to go to. Totally worth the trip!

We are David and Debbie from Nebraska; we have called the Scottsbluff/Gering area our home for the majority of our lives. Originally, Dave grew up in eastern Nebraska and Debbie right here in Gering. We are Huskers by birth and Huskers for life (Sometimes questioning management decisions). We now are beginning to think about retirement and what that will look like, we love Colorado and all it has to offer. We especially love the Estes Park area, its beautiful scenery, abundant wild life, and the great outdoors. With our children and grandchildren living on the Front Range, everyone loves the trips to Estes Park. We have enjoyed staying at vacation homes so everything considered it just made sense to purchase this home.

Why they chose this property

The number one reason we purchased this property was for its breathtaking view of Long's Peak! Deb and I love waking up and seeing the view outside the master bedroom. Secondly, we wanted a home within walking distance of town, it is! (Deb walks, I ride) Third, we wanted a home with enough space for family and friends to feel comfortable. We think that our family is going to really enjoy this place and hope that yours does too!
