Brand newly remodeled condo. The owners of this condo recently took the mirrors from the living room down and added shiplap. They also painted the entire condo and put new floors down in winter of 2020. The condo is in impeccable condition.

This large condo comfortably sleeps 13 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a large flat screen tv.

The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a twin size bunk over it and a flat screen tv.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is on the 5th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

I try really hard to be open minded when it comes to rentals but this condo is most definitely NOT worth the money! The place was not clean, one bathroom had a toilet running, another bathroom had water leaking from under the toilet, the third bathroom’s shower didn’t drain. There is mold and mildew in all the bathrooms and there were plungers on the floor in a bathroom with feces dried on the floor where they sat. Half the place needed to have lights replaced so it was very dim. All of the beds were uncomfortable, the pullout couch was being held up by 2x4s, and the dryer was obnoxiously loud and took 3 rounds before anything was dry. Maintenance and Cleaning need to be done before this is rented out to anyone else. The view was nice and the pools were nice.

Fall getaway

This was a perfect place for the seven of us family members to stay for five nights. Very satisfied with the roominess of the condo, big balcony on the oceanfront, close to so many restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

Beach condo

The condo was beautiful, and came with a starter kit to get us going to the first couple of days. It was equipped with all the cookware we needed for each of our meals. The beds were very comfy. And O.M.G. the water pressure in the shower was just amazing!! The beach was absolutely breath taking. We loved our stay here. We will be back!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would probably stay again. Things that need attentions are light in bedroom by the kitchen does not work and that door will not stay closed. Sinks in kitchen and middle master bathroom leaks. Toilets in both masters need to be fixed, runs a lot. Sofa and loveseat are very uncomfortable. Could use new mattresses in 1st bedroom.

Majestic Beach Resort don't go

The Check-in was very bad because of the Parking permits mess-up. I paid and was told by the security that I was a liar. Others also paid and had proof and the security would not even look at their email confirmation and made the pay again. Security was rude at parking and in the building. They should alll be replaced. The people doint rental chairs lined them up past Majestic property and made people with pop-ups go to next property to set-up. The HMO put up signs tto make people stay behind rental chairs. This is a public beach and they have no right to do so.

Cleanliness was not up to par in the slightest

We recognized the condo was not clean upon check-in. We had a young baby with us who is crawling. Moments after putting the baby on the floor he was filth, we proceeded to have to clean the bathtub before even being able to give him a proper bath. We spent HOURS of our first night in the condo cleaning. Reached out to the host and property manager to try to get a refund for our cleaning fee, as clearly the place was not cleaned. Sent several photos to back this up. They originally seemed as if they wanted to make things right, but since the first interaction there has been no more communication on their end. Would not recommend staying in this condo if cleanliness or basic morality is important to you.

ECD doesn’t care about their customers!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived (4pm) checkin time. Cleaning lady said previous guest had late checkout so she was still cleaning. Thought this was unfair, but wanted it clean so we waited outside patiently w/our things for 2 1/2 hrs, until she was done. Right away we could tell not much had been done. The floors had sand/hair balls everywhere. The bathroom sinks were dirty, the top of the toilet seat was wiped off but under the seat was gross! We checked the other bathrooms & same thing. Picked up the bathroom rugs to clean floors bc they were so gross & one rug was stuck to the floor w/gum. The bath cabinets were broke, 2 sinks didn’t drain, 1 shower curtain was moldy half way up, towels & sheets were so wet, we had to strip the beds & redry everything. The sheets on one of the beds never got washed, they had sand all in them. The Coffee pot & several closet doors were broke. I called Paula to let her know what was wrong & of course she apologized & offered to see if she could compensate us for the troubles. That was the very last I heard from her. Ten min after our talk, we realized one of the toilets leaked each time it was flushed, so I called again @8pm. No answer, called again sun morning, no answer, didn’t return call to let us know she got the message or what she was doing about it. Finally someone showed up Sunday to fix the toilet, but wasn’t told about the stopped up sinks, broken doors, nasty curtain or coffee pot. He did go get the things we needed. Paula never called to see if things were taken care of. There’s not space to tell all that went wrong. We vacation alot & have never dealt w\anyone that wasn’t overly concerned w/our needs, especially hygiene ones! Jon (over Paula) said he’d reimburse cleaning fee when he heard of the problem, then conveniently didn’t do it when he said he would. Of course now they’re busy w/ the hurricane, (which I totally understand) but we’ll never see our refund. I’d suggest

Our room was clean but when we arrived the garbage can was in the closet being used to catch water for the ac unit. I contacted the rental place about our ac unit being frozen up, assume someone already knew about it because the garbage can was in there and no one ever came to look at it. Then we turn the water on in the kitchen and the sprayer head had previously been pulled off and water was going everywhere to the point we had to put its hose down in the other sink so we could use the faucet. We also contacted the rental company and no one ever showed up to fix it. We were missing a toilet paper holder in the first master bath and there was mold and unfinished paint in the first master bathroom also. All linens need to be washed including the comforters, we were told to strip the beds except the comforters.

We had a wonderful stay, but the hike from our car in the parking garage to our room at the far end of Tower 1 was ridiculously long! For that reason, I will not stay there again. The resort itself was very nice, though.

Not a lot of essentials in the kitchen, no pots whatsoever, overall the kitchen did not have the essentials. The laundry room did not have a door and was very loud during the nighttime. Second master bedroom had a very bad mattress, very hard. The sleeper on the couch the springs were broken it was impossible to sleep on very uncomfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was filthy upon check in. Should have left immediately. Bed linens not changed upon check in. Not enough towels left for reserved guests. Dryer worked half the time. Dishwasher broken. Stove had one burner out. Bed in double queen room was broken and tilted so badly it had to be nailed back together with boards by maintenance. Maintenance admitted they needed a new bed and new stove but nothing could be done for our stay. Pullout couch was a joke. Was so old you be better off sleeping in the floor. Entire condo outdated and filthy. Baseboards and walls had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Sinks had gunk around the faucets. Very sub par conditions for the amount we paid. I should have made a bigger stink but who wants to waste their vacation time dealing with that. Avoid at all costs. Also- elevators in this building take 20-30 minutes to catch one. Parking garage is soooo far. Do not book for elderly or walking impaired. Just find another location.

Do not stay here. Condo filthy upon check in. Sheets on beds had been changed and had sand in them. Called housekeeping for clean linens and changed ourselves. No linens left for the pull out couch. Which was irrelevant because couch was unusable due to age/condition. Couch had been repaired with a 2 by 4 under it. Only provided towels for 6 guests of the 10 registered. Dryer worked only intermittently. Dishwasher did not work. Maintenance looked at it but still not working. Beds in the two queen bed were tilting so badly that you could not lay in it without rolling off. Maintenance came to nail some wood boards and said they would have to buy a new one but nothing could be done that day. One burner on stove would stay only on highest setting making unusable. Again, maintenance came and said needed to be replaced. That’s fine if you need new appliances or beds but none of that benefits me this week. I paid for sub par accommodations that clearly have been neglected. All furniture was dated and in poor condition. Baseboards filthy. Two of four televisions did not work. minimal kitchen utensils/dishes/flatware. Additionally, parking in the on site garage is a huge hike to get to the condo. Elevators had wait times exceeding 20/30minutes. Definitely not convenient and certainly not suitable for any elderly guest or someone who has walking issues. Very unsatisfied with this unit but emerald coast does not seem to be concerned about that.

Nice location

Condo was in the perfect location. Beautiful views of the beach. Only complaint is the resort closes the pools too early at 10pm. We have been to many other resorts who kept the pools open longer and that was nice for the late night folks. Also the beach chairs with umbrellas do not come included, and that an extra charge per day. Would return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got to the condo the floors were very dirty. Our feet/socks were black from walking on the floors. I don’t believe there was any way those floors were mopped before we got there. I called the number for management and they sent someone to mop the floors. There was still a big spill under the sofa that didn’t get cleaned again. The sofa looked like it needed to be replaced. The entire unit could use some love and care for that matter. This unit was definitely not as up to date as the pictures make it seem. The outside furniture also needs to be replaced, it’s very worn.

Not bad for the price

It could have been cleaner. The kitchen has minimal supplies. No hot pads or oven mitts! Not enough silver ware for the amount of people it sleeps and sounds had sharp edges from previous people must have tried to open something.Outlets in the kitchen didn't work great. Other places we have stayed supplied more. The indoor pools were nice for getting out of the sun the afternoon.

I did not like the parking fee 40.00 per car with family coming from out of town we reg 4 cars . I paid to rent the condo and then had to pay a parking fee. The cable did not work in the kids room. And texted and asked about it nothing was ever done to resolve the issue.

Parking cost

I have been staying at the Majestic Beach towers, twice a year for over 15 years. This is the first time I have every had any issue with the property. I have always brought a vehicle, a trailer and a motorcycle. In the past there was always a parking pass for the vehicle and have never been charged for the trailer or the motorcycle. This year I had to pre-purchase or register the vehicle as I was told the parking pass was no longer in the room, which I did. When I arrived, I was told that I would need to also pay for a parking pass for the trailer and the motorcycle. I paid for the trailer parking pass, but argued the paying for the motorcyle due to the fact that there is reserved parking for motorcycles on the first floor and that you can fit four motorcyles in one spot. So, they agreed not to make me pay for the motorcycle this time. Once I paid for the trailer I was told that I would still need to park the trailer on the top level. I had no problem in the past parking the trailer on the top level, when I was not charged. But, since I paid the same amount for the trailer as I paid for the vehicle, I should have been allowed to park the trailer in any of the guest parking spaces. I was told that if I parked the trailer any place other then the top floor it would be towed, even though I paid the same amount as others did for parking vehicles. I believe this is completely unfair since I paid the same amount. Once I arrived inside the condo unit, I could not believe how dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was old and worn. Flooring was in poor shape, one of the toilets ran the entire time. There were no kitchen towels or hot pads. Very limited cooking utensils. No spatula. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Dishwasher was difficult to turn on - on button was worn off - just a hole. Dryer did not dry the clothes. Just very disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. Building and amenities were as advertised. Staff was very attentive.

Great Week with Our Framily!

Overall, we had a great week with our framily (4 adults and 6 kids). Check-in was very easy. Location was great. Plenty of space for all of us. Elevators were quick, except during high-traffic time. There was only one complaint. Upon arrival there were a couple minor things that required maintenance (broken ceiling fan, toilet seat, and kitchen chair). Property managers were very responsive and said we would see someone by the following day. However, it took 3 calls and 3 total days before maintenance came, but the problems were fixed quickly once they arrived. We would stay here again on a future trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental wasn’t what I expected. It was not very clean The bed cover still looked dirty We had to rewash them. There was stuff all over the floors the pullout couch bed was broken. Our bathtub was still dirty. The balcony was very messy. I go to Panama City Beach every year and stay at driftwood lodge I would recommend it any time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was very overpriced for what you got. The amenities outside the room were great. The room was just the problem.
