In addition to 1,200 square feet of space and room for up to 8 guests, the spacious Two-Bedroom Villa Resort features a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and private balcony or patio. Master bedroom included a jacuzzi, patio. Full dining room, living room and closets. All dishes, soap, detergent included. large size refrigerator and ice maker included. All kitchen cookware and supple is also included.

Great Spot for Mini Vacation

Our trip was super great! We had a bit of check in error with date but they were quick to resolve the situation! The resort is so beautiful and has so much activities to do! The place was very spacious and was just like the pictures, will be staying here again for sure!

Gorgeous property! We stayed on the ground floor facing the Lake. It was Beautiful! Very clean and the guest services and staff were very kind and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Don’t hesitate to book

I just want to first say this Resort is beautiful, it’s in a great area. You are literally surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, stores and outlets. You are with in arms reach of Universal Studios. My stay was wonderful. I didn’t get a chance to experience the spa here at the resort due to them being closed til 10/13 but maybe next time. My partner and I came here for Horror Nights and it was amazing we will definitely be back. I love everything about the resort from the food places here as well as the bowling alley on site. What are you all waiting for book now and just incase you are wondering it’s definitely kid friendly. We saw plenty of kids here and having fun . Thank you all so much again for a wonderful welcome and stay . We will definitely be back sooner than later ☺️☺️

New year

My family and I had a great time at Westlake despite the cooler than expected weather. The unit was clean and spotless. The space was very spacious in each area of the unit. The view from the balcony was breath taking. We will definitely be coming back. The price exceeded my expectations for the New Year weekend.

Under Construction

I gave a three star rating as the pool that was directly behind our building to use was being remodeled and under construction the entire length of our stay. We were woken up at the crack of dawn every morning to construction noise (Jack hammering, pressure washing, and air blower noise). The balcony was unable to be used due to the constant noise, and was covered in construction dust. Room was a bit dated, worn out, as furniture drawer handles/pulls were missing. The refrigerator door would continue to open and not shut properly. The floor was not vacuumed in the bedrooms as we found old ibuprofen pills and small toy parts by the beds. Upon arrival the very first time using the master bathroom, the toilet almost over flowed - Luckily we knew how to turn the water source to the toilet off and use the plunger to fix the problem. We also had to contact room service to get the little things like trash bags that we thought would be in the room at check in. The elevator floor was also being replaced/fixed upon arrival.

Not a Quality Property

At first glance, it looks very nice with large rooms; However, that is where the positivity ends regarding this property. Every morning, but the last morning had some type of animal or human feces on the stairs on both stairways to the property which is faster to take as the staff uses the elevators and take up the entire elevator. Disappointing amenities as the Spa didn't work at the pool we were at for 2 days. My son wanted to play some basketball and that area is embarrassing. A torn and barely hanging net on the rim (Nets usually cost about $2.00 and this couldn't be replaced?), the basketball had no outside texture that helps to handle the ball as it was bald (BBalls can be purchased for less than $20.00) wanted to use the paddleboats; however, the people there said the deck was wet and the boats were not available. We walked down to the deck and it was NOT wet, so then we went back to the activities center and was told this time it was because of the wind, which was not very windy at all, and then we were told it was the Supervisor's decision who we asked for and was not able to speak to. However, with the basketball court and backboard in such bad shape, we were probably better off and safer not using the paddle boats as they were probably not kept up like the basketball court. We used the pool towels that were put in the unit and when we got the maid service, the pool towels were not replaced. We called and asked for the pool towels and they said they would bring them and yet they were not brought. Next day, we asked again and was delivered a bag of towels with every towel but the pool towels. Finally on 3rd attempt, we actually received pool towels and another large bag of other towels. You provide a coffee machine and coffee but know filters....we went and bought some and we left them there. The carpet in the master bedroom appeared very dirty with ground in dirt, as we spilled some water and when we were trying to clean it up, the towels were absolutely black. The resort is in a good location; however, it was obvious to both of us that the so called resort doesn't seem to pay attention to the little details such as amenities that appear to be kept up and keeping feces off every level on each of the stairwells. Needless to say, we will be looking at somewhere else to stay when we return to Orlando.
