Cabo San Lucas - JDT Escapes @ Marina Sol - Walk to Medano Beach

This 3-bedroom condo, in the A building, city view, is accessible and is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas. We are minutes from restaurants, shops, marina, Puerto Paraiso Entertainment Plaza (the largest mall and entertainment complex in Baja, California) and Cabo's nightlife; no car is needed. We are walking distance to Medano Beach, where you can enjoy wave runners, kayaks, swimming, parasailing, taking a water taxi to Lover's Beach or just relax and enjoy the Baja sun. If you enjoy fishing, we are only minutes from the marina where world-class fishing tours are waiting your arrival. Cabo is a safe and friendly place.

The Condo complex amenities include, mini market, an outdoor recreation room, wireless internet by the pool or in the condo. Pool Cantina is located next to the pool with a swim up bar and excellent daily food specials. Located in the lobby is Serranos Tequila and Wine Bar, which has ambience and a great place to end your evening, as well as a Nail Bar and Spa. There is a full-size kitchen, stocked with basic supplies, as well as beach towels and hairdryer.

There is a large bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed and twin in the second bedroom and twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. There are two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining, living room and balcony.

CHECK IN time is 4:00pm. CHECK OUT time is 10:00am, unless there are no renters after you (please check with owner if needing more time).

This is a resort atmosphere and does observe noise restrictions after 11pm as a courtesy to all who stay here. Safe and secure, the location is incredible, and the property well maintained. Additional maid service is available, for a fee, and can be arranged by owner. There are coin-operated laundry machines in one of the adjacent buildings for your use as well.

Everything that you could think you might need for a great stay was available at the condo. Just as an example one of us forgot their yeti type cup to keep drinks cold and there were some in the cupboard. Great place and super responsive and accommodating host! Would definitely return.

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our trip to Cabo and the location of this property is GREAT! You do not need to rent a car as everything (beach, marina, grocery store, Walmart) is within walking distance. We loved the grounds at Marina Sol and were very impressed with both restaurants (inside & out), cleanliness of the property, and beautifully manicured grounds. Property manager Heather was awesome and all the staff were very friendly. We felt safe too, as the property has 24/7 security. We liked it so much that we plan on returning next year!One small negative was that there were only 3 forks! Not sure how they have all disappeared, and fortunately there were only 3 of us :)

Great Location, Wonderful Hosts and Nice Space

This place is very centrally located to the beach and the Marina. Tons of bars and places to eat close by. Heather is a wonderful resource. A Concierge extraordinaire and adds a lot of value to this rental. Only 4 stars because this rental faces outside the complex, on a busy, noisy street. And the view is of the parking garage for the mall and a vacant lot, and the foot hills beyond. The main bedroom and the smaller bedroom with bunk beds have to deal with the traffic noise as the windows don't help much. In the master bedroom the wife and I used white noise to drown out the traffic. All-in-all it is a great place, just be aware of the noise.

We stayed at this property for 7 days as two families with 4 kids and 4 adults over New Years. Everyone had a great time. It's an awesome location! The beach was a 5-10 minute walk and downtown walk to great restaurants was also very convenient. Overall we were able to walk to most places and maybe took a cab just a few times to get to things like Walmart which was only 10 minute car ride away. The location also felt very secure. Diane was a pleasure to work with. She had great suggestions for nearby attractions. The property was very nice and comfortable with great amenities. We fully utilized the kitchen which thankfully came well equipped with basic utensils, plates, knives, coffee maker with K-cups, etc. It was even great to be able to catch the fireworks on New Years Eve at the beach from the balcony of the property which was a nice surprise. Special shout out to Elly from concierge for also helping us with reserving ATV tours and restaurants. Overall, we would stay here again if we visit Cabo.

Me and some friends stayed in this property during our spring break and it was perfect!! The staff and property manager (heather) we’re super helpful the whole time. Perfect Getaway

My wife and I along with another couple just spent 5 nights at Diane's condo at Marina Sol. Leading up to our arrival, Diane was super accommodating and in constant communication. Once we arrived, the first thing we noticed is that the condo could not be in a better location for getting out and seeing Cabo San Lucas. The condo itself was great and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is perfect for groups such as ours. The property manager, Heather, was great and very helpful during our stay. She helped us with groceries, scheduling our COVID test to return to the US, and a water taxi excursion to Lover's Beach. I'd recommend staying at this property and will be looking to come back!
