The location of this property is fantastic! Within walking distance to many restaurants and activities (1 to 1.5 miles). Well-appointed with almost everything needed for a family of four. The only thing that would make the property better is an in-unit washer/dryer.

Dishwasher makes your dishes dirtier then when you put them in, Ice maker does not work unless you add water yourself. Overall a great place with a great view and easy access. I would stay there again.

Our family stayed for Fall Break this year and really enjoyed the place. Great view, plenty of space, and great for a family of 4 with two small kids. Kids loved the pool as well. Location is also great. You're off the main strip, so it's quieter but yet still right there close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing

This property is amazing. The view alone is breath taking. The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, lots of sleeping arrangements, kitchen stocked with all the dishes we would need. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family. We will definitely be back to this exact room next year and any future trips to Destin.

Beyond Expectations

This property was not like the online pictures - it was BETTER! It must have just undergone a recent renovation and it was beautiful! All new kitchen, wood look flooring throughout, new sofas and new baths. The master now has a really nice shower. We very pleasantly surprised with the upgrade. There was construction going on in the unit by us, but it was 8am-6pm and we were outside so did not bother us. Would definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was very nice. Area was perfect, pool area was also very nice. Only complaint was the floor was dirty, the dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet when you opened it. And there was no broom or mop to clean the floor.
