WALK to Cheyenne Frontier Days

This is a Basement suite in a 3-level town home. It includes a Bedroom with Queen bed night stands and dresser, Full bathroom, Cozy Den with two large recliners & Gel fireplace, a bistro table and chairs, Kitchenette with Coffee maker, Fridge, microwave and dishes. Shared laundry room. The suite is recently renovated and decorated in Rustic fashion. Amenities are internet access, two TV's with roku streaming. You will enter through the front door with the push button code lock. Rental includes access to the enclosed patio and yard which has a small private fenced yard including a gas grill. There are 2 parking spots next to the garage. You will be renting the basement and we occupy the main floor and upstairs bedrooms.
This home is a15-minute walk from Cheyenne Frontier Days event center, Lyons Park, Cool River Liquor Store, a Grocery store. We are 2 miles from Frontier Mall and most restaurants (Chilis, Applebee’s, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, IHOP and others). IN addition, there is a beautiful park AND a golf course within walking distance. Shopping in Cheyenne is ample, Target, Walmart, Sam's club etc.
We have central air and there is a fan in the bedroom. This townhome is an end unit so there is only one shared wall.

No Pets or Smoking, No Loud Music. My HOA will fine me $1000.00 and ban my VRBO rentals. Townhomes pass noise and vibrations to neighbors ridiculously well.

Gracious host & hostess. Comfortable, spacious living space. Peaceful outdoor patio. Easy walk to CFD, grocery & liquor stores, restaurants. Hostess even graciously mailed me stuff I had left behind in bedroom! I highly recommend staying there.

Dick & Crystal own this property. Crystal is from Minnesota and Dick is from Montana. We have grown children and 5 grandkids. We love Cheyenne and plan to retire there.
We spend at least a week per month there. We take our friends and Grandkids to this get away and they love it.

Why they chose this property

In 2010, We bought a property as a business property to work from. We covered WY, MT & SD with our jobs. We loved Cheyenne so much that we bought this bigger property to retire to. Cheyenne is a lovely town. Wyoming residents are friendly and solid people to do business with and to be friends with. This is the Capitol city for WY so they have great restaurants and shopping.
This property was bought and set up for family and cherished guests. We made sure the beds were comfy, the pillows were soft, the decor inviting. We are just now beginning the VRBO rentals and sharing this home.

What makes this property unique

This is located 5 minutes from Cheyenne Frontier Days event center, Cool River Liqour Store, Grocery store, Frontier Mall and most restaurants (Chilis, Applebees, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, IHOP and others). Wallmart, Sam's club, Target etc. There is also a beautiful park and a golf course within walking distance.
