In a property of the 30s completely renovated, the second and last floor without elevator, you will enjoy a large balcony of 12 m² facing West with garden table, bench + chairs. You will appreciate the view of the Bay of Baule and the beautiful sunsets. Apartment completely redone.

Atlantic breeze

We have enjoyed three magnificent weeks in a fine and cosy apartment. Even with 4 persons (couple and 2 teenagers) the place is comfortable and extremely well located.

Idéal!

L'appartement est charmant, fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. La localisation est idéale, à deux pas de la mer et proche de toutes les commodités, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Communication parfaite avec des propriétaires chaleureux et attentifs, bref un séjour idéal! Nous pensons revenir;)

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location à tout le confort nécessaire, elle est spacieuse, moderne et très bien située. Il suffisait de se poser sur la terrasse pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont des gens très agréables , soucieux du bien-être de leur locataires. Merci à eux !

Appartement tres chic , clair et agreable, conforme au descriptif avec Tout le comfort,de bon matelats.nous avons passé de bon moments a Pornichet avec les plages animes pour les enfants acceuil chaleureux de Philippe et sa femme nous reviendrons Je recommande viviement cette lacation Merci et a bientot
