Everything was adequate for a comfortable stay.

There was an occasional sewer gas odor though not limited to this unit. At times was not pleasant but most of the time was not noticeable. David Karr was very helpful. Would love to buy there and will visit again.

The master bedroom bathroom had a horrible sewer like smell every night starting at 10pm-6am

We tried using bleach down the drains and fans to help with the smell. We asked for the property manager to help with the smell but he came on the morning we were checking out and at the point we already had to deal with the smell for 4 nights. Unless you want to stay in place that smells like sewer gas I suggest looking for another place to stay.

I assisted guests going to the condo two times, and neither time smell was present, none the less I poured viniger and bleach down the drains. If this was such an issue I would think one of the previous guests would be commenting but you can see from all reviews nobody has mentioned this. Unfortuante that I was not able to detect smell and not sure what issue might have been but have had guest prior and after and none have complained.

Amazing experience

Staying at David’s place was better than we could have imagined! He was so helpful and accommodating and was quick to respond anytime we asked him something. 10/10 would recommend!
