You will be just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills, picnic area, and fitness room! Spend warm summer evenings relaxing on the oversize balcony, and take in lush resort views. Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all. You will enjoy the sugar white beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex on the Resort. Resort guests can take advantage of amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.

Our stylish 2BR-2BA offers a king bed, a full living area with an HDTV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. For unexpected guests, the living area is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. The guest suite has a full bathroom and two queen beds. A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

Walk right out the front door of the Pilot House and wander over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf which is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The tram stop is a few steps away, and makes the trip to the beach a snap! Resort life is waiting for you at #217 Pilot House!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Spring break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for what we needed. The Beach Blue rental company was amazing to work with. AC in one unit wasn’t able to keep up. Service men were there within 30 min to troubleshoot the issue, bring extra fan. First thing Monday a crew was there To install a brand new AC! They handled everything while we were off enjoying our time at Sandestin. This unit is well loved but clean and amazing location for our family.

Two Bedrooms in the Village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet condo located in Baytowne Village with easy access from parking garage. Kitchen was well stocked, and towels and linens are good. The unit does, however, require some minor repairs to enhance the guest experience. Clothes drier is very slow, dishwasher drawer falls off the rack, bathroom door doesn't close well, fridge is noisy and A/C is not always reliable. A few minor repairs would make this a great spot. Super location and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are a nice set-up.

Pictures can be deceiving

I want to be fair but honest here. We picked this unit based on reviews and because it had a Golf Cart. The reviews were totally accurate. I had hoped that based on the dates the unit would have been updated by now but it has not. The location is awesome! The view is very nice. I had some concern about road noise and there really wasn't any. It was nice having the adjoining room to spread out. The bedrooms are small with no room for hanging or storing clothes, 8 hangers in each room. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are nice. The laundry was nice. The couch has seen a lot of use. There were several truly dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. Literally a frying pan that had been used and put away dirty in one cabinet and it's lid with grease spatters in another cabinet (one example). The floor has not seen a mop in ages, maybe it has been swept, but as my freshly washed house shoes can attest, the floor was truly dirty! Now the unit had an overwhelming smell of bleach when we arrived so I took that to be a good sign and the sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, etc. all looked pristine. When the owner says a "starter kit of supplies will be provided, bring your own" she means it! Not easy to do when you are flying in. So plan on a shopping trip. The bed was just as described, truly lumpy and it was on the frame sideways (to rotate the lumps?) Doors don't open, others don't shut. We definitely didn't need the Golf Cart! We will stay in Pilot House again but not in this unit.
