About this property

Sun, relaxation and relaxed lifestyle 6 km from the sea, between Cassis and Bandol.
In the calm of the Provencal countryside, discover our beautiful small stone house, with terrace and private garden of 100 m2 for 2 to 4 people.
This is adjacent to the main villa, with independent access and living spaces opposite each other to preserve the privacy of each.

The rental is located in a magnificent one hectare property between vineyards, hundred-year-old olive trees, fig and almond trees.
You will find all the charm of Provence and will be calm lulled by the song of the cicadas (summer), while enjoying beautiful days at the beach or on walks.
We are in the heart of the Bandolais vineyard with all that this offers in wine-growing areas to discover and AOC Bandol and Côtes de Provence wines to taste (in moderation of course).

The beautiful and large Lecques beach is the closest, there is a promenade all along it with parking lots and direct access to the sand. It benefits from the 'Blue Flag' label for the quality of its waters and ports.

The T2 house measures approximately 42 m2 and includes:

A carefully decorated living room with 2 armchairs and a 2-seater sofa convertible into a 140x190 cm bed (very thick mattress for comfort), 32 '' (81cm) LCD TV LG brand + DVD player + Wi-Fi internet connection.
A fitted open kitchen (2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini oven, microwave, dishes, utensils and kitchen utensils, etc.) and a dining area.
A cozy bedroom with a new quality memory bed 160 × 200 cm and large closets for storage.
A bathroom with spacious corner shower, basin and beautiful earthenware, a large mirror and wc.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fans, vacuum cleaner available.

Outside, a beautiful terrace with a wrought iron garden table, very comfortable parasols and deckchairs to relax and enjoy the private garden in the shade of the mulberry tree or sunbathe.

We focus on a neat, personalized and friendly welcome in order to receive you at best.

A Perfect Stay

The property was as beautiful as we had hoped, perfect for 2 people, with outdoor space for eating and relaxing. Everything was clean and fresh and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We arrived to some welcoming gifts, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed visiting some interesting villages as well as the beautiful coastline. All in all a perfect stay!

Ein Haus von dem sich die Provence erkunden lässt!

Diese Wohnung war für unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub ideal. Von hier war es nicht weit zu einer Bucht am Meer in der wir oft zum Baden waren. Als Ausgangspunkt zu Wandertouren in der Umgebung und zum Besuch der umliegenden Dörfer und Städte ist die Lage optimal. Allerdings braucht man geeignete Fortbewegungsmittel, Auto oder Fahrrad. Alle Nebenstraßen sind Sackgassen so, dass es zu möglichen Aktivitäten immer erst eine Strecke zurückgelegt werden muss. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Außenbereich zum Erholen. Die Ausstattung war für unsere Zwecke voll ausreichend. Auch kleinere Malzeiten konnten gut zubereitet werden. Für zwei, eventuell auch für drei Personen bietet dies Unterkunft alles für einen guten Urlaub. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten waren bequem. Einzig die Internetverbindung war oft gestört und teilweise sehr langsam. Die Verbindung zum Router war aber gut. Das war für uns aber nicht ganz so wichtig. Die Vermieterin haben wir zwar nicht kennengelernt, sie war leider verhindert. Ihre Eltern haben uns herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung an uns übergeben. Eine ausführliche Einweisung in die Technik der Wohnung und Informationen haben wir dabei bekommen. Auch während des Aufenthaltes haben uns die Eltern von Frau Vanessa auf unsere Fragen immer gerne Auskunft gegeben. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein, selbst gemachte Marmelade und ein paar Zitronen. Das alles aus ihrem eigenen Anbau. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Autumn 2022

We were in Provence in the first week of novembre 2022. We were friendly welcomed by the hosts father because she was away, but we were in contact and she was always available via phone. Everything was as described and clean. We also got helpful information about local markets and places to visit. We had rented car which was necessary. We had a good time chez Les Amandiers and like to recommend it.
