Off season pricing is for couples and single family rentals. Off season groups of 6 or more minimum $400 per night. Dog fee is reduced off season.

There are Town dictated occupancy limits for rentals. You must inquire with details about your group before requesting a booking for family groups larger than 12.

Bishop's Landing HOA now requires a $84 fee to be paid to them for every rental (sorry). We pay this fee and they require us to disclose it. This allows use of community facilities for up to 8 people at a time. Sometimes additional passes are available. Pease inquire.

Smaller family groups preferred. Pricing is for groups fewer than 10. New build in 2017, single family home in the lovely, quiet , sought after community of Bishops Landing. Close to Bethany Beach and Bear Trap Dunes golf course. Beautiful, large kitchen with granite island that seats 4. Dining table seats 8. Main living room has a large sectional, vaulted ceilings and TV. Front porch, back porch, side courtyard. Rear deck completed, outdoor shower completed. 16 foot round patio with fire pit. Large first floor master with TV. Queen bedroom and room with 3 twins also located on first floor. Fourth bedroom is a "study" with queen bed and game table on first floor. Second floor loft with couch, chairs and TV. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms: one has two queens with twin trundles and the other has a queen bed with a TV and bathroom. There is also a hall bath on the 2nd floor.

There is a 2 car garage - but you will only be able to park one car in the garage. Two cars can be parked in the driveway. Additional cars can not be parked on the street but can be parked in an overflow parking lot approximately 1.5 blocks from the house.

Bishops Landing community is a dog friendly community (dogs must always be leashed) has a jogging path around the community, a path through the small "wetlands", as well as common areas, catch and release fishing on the ponds and other activities. There are 3 pools - - please inquire about possible availability. Inquire about use of pool, fitness center passes and beach shuttle passes. Thank you!

Please note that all furnishings are new and we are looking for responsible renters only who will respect our neighbors, home and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

Groups larger than 10 should inquire before booking. Responsible primary renter staying at property must be at least 25 years of age. Family groups preferred.
