Cottage "MIRABELLE" in the countryside with swimming pool

Come and relax in the countryside, calm and rest assured.
Between Nantes and Angers. 15 minutes from Ancenis, its Loire banks and motorway exit. 1 km from a greenway for cyclists and walkers in complete safety for the little ones.

Old renovated character building, large outdoor area with secure and heated swimming pool from mid-May to September, depending on the weather, trampoline, swing, slide, bowling green, garden furniture, barbecue. Free private parking.

A capacity of 11 beds + 2 baby beds on request.
1 equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and microwave. 1 large living room: dining area and lounge area. 1 shower room with washing machine. 1 WC.
FLOOR: 1 large living room: television corner and board games. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 1 bathroom (shower) with WC.
ROOF SPACES: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 2 single beds and 1 single trundle bed.
Private south / west side terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
You will enjoy complete independence. We live 5 minutes from the cottage but remain at your disposal to make your stay pleasant.
- Almost all of our beds are 2 m long, so we offer bed linen rental (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) for € 10 per bed.
- You can also take the "departure cleaning" option for 100 €. Otherwise, you will be asked for a check for
deposit upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay if cleaning is done properly.
- Towels, tea towels, cleaning products ... not supplied - Electricity consumption is billed in
more at the end of the stay (meter reading on your arrival then the day of departure)
- Animals are no longer accepted due to bad experiences.
- The cottage is non-smoking, an ashtray is available outside on the terrace.
- Reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday in July and August, arrival from 4 p.m., departure no later than 10 a.m. We can be more flexible out of season within reason.
