The Perche, in a pretty typical village Percheron, a nice house rustic comfort, for 2 people (possibly with a young child), including a fully equipped kitchen, dining / living room with beamed ceiling and fireplace ( wood stove). Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. Sunny terrace and garden (barbecue). Ideal location to discover the region very green and rich in mansions, many routes on foot or bicycle. Riding, golf, bowling, swimming pool nearby. No pets allowed. Parking.

Avis, à l'issue de 15 jours de séjour en juin 2026Gîte correct pour 1 nuit ou 2. Inadapté à un séjour prolongé pour se reposer confortablement, cuisiner et prendre ses repas correctement attablé : antique canapé à assise ressorts innommable, fauteuils jolis en photo mais raides à se casser le dos, des équipements de cuisine inutilisables (four à micro-ondes posé à 30cm du sol, démuni de son plateau rotatif, balconnets de porte du frigo "flottants", poêle antiadhésive dégradée à l'extrême, essoreuse à salade bas-de-gamme, dessous-plat métallique articulé rouillé, etc... En bref, rez-de-chaussée du gîte essentiellement équipé de meubles, articles et vaisselle déclassés. L'accueil "boîte à clés" ne justifie aucun commentaire.Le petit parking de l'autre côté de la rue est pratique lorsqu'il n'est pas saturé.Jardin : photos flatteuses de transats et bains de soleil inexistants.L'encombrement de tout espace d'objets divers donnant une ambiance de brocante peut séduire le client de passage mais incommoder celui qui aspire à un intérieur moins typé.Informations pratiques inexistantes (commerces, santé). Les commerces les plus proches, boulangerie comprise, se trouvent à Berd'huis, à 6 km.En résumé, l'apparence très flatteuse du gîte ne reflète pas la qualité de vie qu'il offre, malgré une chambre et une salle de bain correctes. Note plus positive quand même, la région est attrayante, et un excellent restaurant à Nocé, le "Relais du Parc," mérite d'être fréquenté sans retenue.

A fantastic property, well maintained, in the centre of a small an quiet village in the middle of a beautiful and quiet region. Nelly was there on arrival with a friendly and helpful welcome. The property was clean and is a perfect size for 2 people. Lovely village, with a friendly bakery just 2 doors away. We can totally recommend to property.

Charmante maison avec jardin, accueil chaleureux!

Week-end très agréable chez Mme Laverre. La maison est joliment aménagée et bien équipée. Le jardin est agréable avec son grand figuier, ses fleurs et ses chaises longues. Mme Laverre assure un accueil chaleureux et efficace. Et la région est très belle et regorge de petits trésors à découvrir. Je recommande sans réserve cette petite maison.

Tranquillità assoluta, gentilezza e accoglienza

Il Perche è stato una vera scoperta positiva: una piccola zona piena di cose da vedere, ben segnalate e dove si trovano sempre persone gentili e disponibili anche con chi non conosce bene la lingua. La casa è stata poi al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, non mancava niente e ci si sentiva come a casa propria. Torneremo di sicuro a visitare i luoghi e ad abitare qui, almeno per un poco.
