Rainy week, good home base
The property has a long history, posted on a wall. There was rain on several of the days. The property has internet, books, dvds and streaming TV and movies that kept us occupied. There are plenty of bedrooms, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishes. Two refrigerators provide plenty of room for food. The view of the seaway is fantastic, plenty of freighters passed by. The owner made it easy to find by providing the GPS coordinates and accurate pictures. Very conveniently located, close to Clayton fuel dock and the Clayton boat launch and antique bpat museum. We had some beautiful days mixed in with the rain, and overall we had a great time!

Great place and kind people.
We had a wonderful experience all the way around. The attention to detail in making sure we had everything we needed before during and after our stay was second to none. I had a last minute issue and they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The even followed up the next day to make sure all was well. We loved this place and plan to be back real soon.

Inanook cottage is so charming
The cottage is a perfect example of a classic rustic 1000 islands cabin. The sunsets from the dock are stunning. The dock is a bit difficult to dock to but other than that it is a large and wondeful place to enjoy the river.
