We offer you, in the peace and the heart of the historic district of Recouvrance in Brest, a renovated T1 bis which is composed:
 - a living room with fitted kitchen and well equipped (hob, oven, combined fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster ..) washing machine, table and 3 chairs; a seating area with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV ...). Basic products in the kitchen, for the beginning of the stay (dishwashing liquid, sugar, salt, oil ...)
- a bedroom (separated from the living room with a double bed, closet, dresser).
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Possibility 3rd bed for child (fireside) or cot, high chair (extra flat rate of 15 euros for provision of bed, duvet, pillow, sheets included).

The apartment is in a 4 unit building, secured by intercom with access to a small garden, in a quiet street where parking is free and in the surrounding streets. Large public parking at 70 meters.

It is a 2-minute walk from the cable car and a 10-minute walk from the military port and the city center (and down the street from Siam).
Near the arsenal, the tram, the halls of Recouvrance and U supermarket (5 minutes walk).
The Arena events venue is 2 km.
The pool is 2 steps.

Water, electricity, high-speed WIFI are included in the price.

Sheets are provided, the bed is made on arrival.

Smokers are accepted but must smoke outside (you have direct access to the common garden of the building).

We expect our visitors to respect the apartment, furniture and equipment and restore their departure in the same state of cleanliness they found on arrival.
Care products are available.

Final cleaning option: 15 euros on request if you do not wish to do it yourself.
