T2 of 40 m². Calm. Comfort. Kitchen open to the dining room equipped with a ceramic hob with 2 burners, microwave, dishwasher, television. Independent bedroom with 1 double bed + TV. Bathroom (bath) electric towel dryer, washing machine, separate WC. Garden furniture (table and 4 chairs).
Shared courtyard with another tenant.
Animals not accepted.
A deposit of 375 euros will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will not be cashed but returned at the exit in case of no damage.
Shops at 500 m (Press, Butcher - Butcher, Bakery, Bar and Restaurant, Hairdresser, Beautician, Dry cleaner, La Poste (DAB), Tourist Office, Bicycle Rental). Supermarket 900 m away (doctor and pharmacy). Beaches 900 to 1.200 m on foot or by bike across the wild coast. Thalassotherapy at 1.9 km.
