Quiet, bright, and spacious apartment in Corte
Rent F4 in Corte, historic town in the center of Corsica, 2 hours maximum from all points of interest on the island, and 40 minutes from the beach, the town is washed by 2 rivers known for their swimming spots, and close hiking trails.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, in a residence with free parking, close to all amenities. Bright and spacious, it has a fully equipped kitchen, furniture, crockery and appliances, with balcony overlooking the town of Corte and its citadel. The living room has a terrace overlooking the park of the residence, with barbecue, table and chairs, inside, bench, coffee table, TV and internet.
The first bedroom has a 140x190 bed and overlooks the living room terrace, the other two have 90X190 trundle beds. All are equipped with storage, table and chair. Ironing equipment and a vacuum cleaner are available to tenants.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine.
All the details of the equipment will be specified during the first contact (preferably by telephone).
Sheets and towels: € 10 per person.
Cleaning on departure: 50 €
Prices (decreasing from 15 days, ask for details when booking)
4 people: € 450 in July, € 550 in August
5 people: 500 € in July, 600 € in August
6 people: 550 € in July, 650 € in August
30% deposit on booking. The balance upon arrival.
