About this property

Our beautiful beachfront townhouse is located in the gated community of Emerald Beach Villas. Walk out the patio doors and right onto the sandy beach. Relax in the calm waters of Wood Lake or in the community pool and hot tub. There is also a games room to enjoy or a small exercise room. Our peaceful location is 10 minutes from Kelowna Airport, and close to many wineries and golf courses, as well as Big White and Silverstar Ski/ Mountain bike Resorts.

Amazing location and something for everyone

We had an excellent week staying at this beautiful home on wood lake with our 2 kids aged 7 and 9. The home was larger than I was expecting and has a double attached garage which made it very convenient to store beach toys and to come and go. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved making slurpees and smoothies from the ninja blender! Excellent location, unbelievable view, and the conveniences all made for an unforgettable family vacation. Neighbours were all very friendly. Kerri was very quick in getting back to me if I had a question. I can’t wait to stay again!

Great Property. Location cannot be beat. Steps to beach and beautiful Wood Lake. Easily accommodates a large group with 4 bedrooms (king, queenx2, 2x bunk beds). Second time here and never disappoints

Perfect vacation home!

We had great time at this house on our vacation with our family and friends. Was exactly as pictures showed and more. Beds are comfortable and house was well stocked with everything that we needed. Can’t beat the lake front location and was literally only steps unto the boat! Hoping to be back again next year!

Everything was as advertised. Beachfront paradise!

I am always apprehensive renting someone’s home. Boy am I glad I pulled the trigger on this place. Huge and tastefully decorates, this beachfront home was steps from the beach and boat dock. Quiet family friendly condo complex. The owners were extremely accommodating and communicative. We absolutely loved our stay and would rent again without hesitation.
