Fantastic Property with welcoming and well-kept house

We had a very enjoyable and welcoming stay at this lakeview rental. Tons of sleeping space and rooms for accommodation and very well situated on the lake. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Property

A great property for large family gatherings. The house has everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy and clean. House has A/C. Huge decks. Great view! Good for dogs! A delightful stay!

Family getaway

Hodges lake house was the perfect space for our family of 10. There was plenty of space and great bedrooms and main floor common area. Kids, grandparents, adults and dog all had a great time enjoying the hot tub, fire, patio and kitchen. Kitchen was stocked incredibly well and we made for great meals together. If you are in the area, highly recommend visiting the Kangaroo farm and Davidson orchard in Vernon.

Our check-in was delayed as we didn’t receive the access code until after 4:20pm. The property was not as clean or well-prepared as during our previous stay. We were also contacted about missing towels, which was later resolved, and about fire restrictions that were not communicated in advance. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations compared to last year.

Lakeside retreat

Very spacious and clean. Everything mentioned in the description was there. Kyle and Lizz were very accommodating to last minute requests made by us.

Wedding trip

The accomodations were fantastic. There was plenty of room for our entire group. The house and grounds were very clean and well laid out. The attention to detail did not go un noticed. Clear directions and requirements. Hot tub was spotless and there was even ame furewood provided. I would absolutely recommend this rental unit. The hosts were also very responsive

Loved the Lake House

We loved our stay at the Lake House. Plenty of room for the family to bond and play. It's just a short walk to the lake and a short drive to Lots of fun things to do. Really the only complaints we had were that the hot tub wasn't working and there weren't enough chairs for the whole family to sit around the table. Pretty minor complaints. We'd go back again for sure

Great home

My husband and I stayed here with our two sons and their families. There were nine of us in total including three children under the age of three and four dogs. The house was perfect. It had three areas where each family could stay. The main floor had a fantastic king size bed with a bunk bedroom right off of it. It was perfect for the family with the three year-old in the bathroom was right there around the corner. Another family loved the basement where they were two bedrooms in the toddler could sleep in her own room. And my husband and I loved the top floor bedroom with the en suite bathroom. I found the bed and the pillows to be very comfortable and I slept well. The fire pit was fantastic and there was a wonderful amount of firewood available. We roasted hotdogs and made s’mores, which was a real hit , thank you for the lovely stay

This place was stunning. It was the perfect place for our book retreat getaway. Tons of quiet beautiful spaces to sit and read, but also wide open spaces for crafts and cooking in the kitchen together. It is also dog friendly and I wish I had brought my dog along with us. I would happily book this place again.

Family vacation

We had 10 people ages 14-70 in our group and it was a great space for everyone. Check in was very easy and the host even let us in early the day we arrived as it was empty. This was so appreciated. There is a beach a short distance away and lots to do nearby. Lots of dishes and we weren't wanting for anything while we were there.

Senior parents, sons and their children and couple of senior’s siblings. Perhaps the best stocked kitchen we’ve used!! To add to the fun, we rented paddle boards from Vernon….delivered to the door.Lots of gathering spaces for everyone. Very enjoyable holiday!! Thank you, Elizabeth.
