VERY NICE GITE CLASS 3 * AIR-CONDITIONED FOR 4 PERS CENTER VALLON PONT D'ARC

Located in southern Ardèche, in the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc a few minutes from the "famous Pont d'Arc" and its magnificent gorges as well as from the restitution area of the Chauvet cave, very nice spacious and comfortable gite of 70 m2 (capacity of 6 people) classified 3 stars by an authorized body, air-conditioned with garden, parking. Close to all shops, restaurants, markets ... Possibility of many walks, hikes, visits, water activities (canoeing and swimming of course !!!!)
It's made of:
- living room, dining room
- fully equipped American kitchen
- 2 bedrooms (140 cm beds)
- 1 cabin (bunk beds)
- bathroom and wc
- 20 m2 terrace (table and chairs), barbecue, awning
Please note that sheets and towels are not provided, but can be hired.
The deposit is 30% of the rental price.
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure (check for French or cash for foreigners) unless damaged.
The cottage is NON SMOKING.
Our animal friends are not allowed, thank you for your understanding.
Cleaning in addition to 50 euros if agreed with the tenant.

Gîte grand, propre, bien équipé, proche du centre du village, des animations et des commerces mais au calme. La climatisation est un véritable plus. La chambre cabine avec lits superposés reste une chambre d'appoint qui peut convenir à des enfants.

Accueil formidable, le logement est très spacieux et très bien équipé. Rien ne manque pour réussir les vacances à Vallon Pont d Arc. Centre ville pittoresque à 5 minutes à pieds. Baignades à proximité dans l Ardèche ou la vallée de l Ibie dans une eau cristalline rafraichissante. Différents lieux à visiter dans un rayon de 20KM, descente en canoë, restaurants, boutiques etc etc.....dépaysement garanti. Aucune hésitation à avoir!

Week-end à Valon-Pont -d’Arc

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. Le gîte est très propre et bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et gentils. On a visité les gorges de l’Ardèche, il y a aussi quelques grottes à visiter. Le village est très calme. Le séjour à conseiller.

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine dans le gîte, il est très fonctionnel, il est propre et se trouve dans une rue calme tout en étant proche des rues commerçantes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, ils nous conseillent très bien sur les lieux à visiter. Je recommande vraiment et je compte bien y retourner pour notre prochain séjour dans cette si belle région.

Le gite est très bien situé à 2 pas du centre. Il est positionné sur le terrain résidentiel des propriétaires avec 3 ou 4 autres gites. Mais l'endroit est très calme et chacun bénéficie d'un jardin privatif. Le gîte est très propre et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont prévenants et de bon conseil pour les visites. Nous recommandons.

Très bien placé, location idéale

Super bien placée dans le village un village très animé. La location est très bien et fidèle aux photos. Dommage qu’il n’y ai qu’un wc et dans la salle de bain (pour 6 c’est limite) et la cabine avec les lits superposés n’est pas climatisée.

Super vriendelijk ontvangen, huisje is echt van alle gemak voorzien, op loopafstand, 3 minuten, van een leuk, sfeervol straatje met leuke winkeltjes en vooral veel eetgelegenheden. In de omgeving is heel veel te doen!

A week in the Vallon Pont d'Arc ❤️🇫🇷

Jean-Mark and Jackie were perfect hosts; welcoming, friendly and an excellent source of information for local excursions. The house was both modern and cosy. It was well equipped with a hob/oven , good sized fridge-freezer, washing-machine, and air conditioning. There was a small garden where we ate meals and had a barbecue. We were less than five minutes walk from the main square, where there were ample places to eat and drink. Vallon Pont d'Arc itself is a great base for exploring the Ardeche. During our visit we visited neighboring villages hiked to the Grotte Chauvet 2, cycled to the Pont d'Ark and completed a two day Ardeche river decent. On the way home, and already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🇫🇷
