2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom new townhouse, next to private tennis court, basket ball court, 150 feet from private beach and infinity pool. Located on the east end of Negril, Jamaica, short drive to Negril centre along 7-mile beach. Pass the resorts to visit famous Rick’s Café (cliff-dive at your own risk) or Rockhouse, Skylark or Idle Awhile for cliffside/beachside drinks and dinner, or get your jerk chicken on the roadside. Or lay low and cook your own meals in the full kitchen in the townhouse, sip your rum on the front veranda for sunsets, back veranda for sunrise. Watch the sunset from the private beach. (Food and car and liquor not included.)

Simply Amazing

From the very beginning the communication was excellent. Nardia was quick and responsive, gave us great suggestions. The townhouse is completely stocked with everything you need including novels, magazines, dish soap etc. The beds are super comfy, the towels are soft and clean! The house was very clean, great amenities. The pool and beach are amazing. Even the security guards are friendly. There is cable tv, air conditioning throughout the house. I can't wait to return and i've already spread the word on how amazing Nardia was and the townhouse!!! I've been to Negril more times than i can count, but i'll definitely return to her place.
