Little Waters Villa is a very sophisticated and exclusive private villa that nestles on the cliff side at Jamaica's westernmost point. The newest addition to Negril's villa rentals in Jamaica offers its guests an uninterrupted picturesque view of the setting sun. The Jamaica villa has been architecturally designed to offer visitors a secluded, serene environment in which to relax. Little Waters Villa is for the discerning and sophisticated traveler. The décor features an uncluttered style, showcasing the best of Balinese craftsmanship. Situated on an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens with fruit and other trees, this amazing villa in Jamaica offers spectacular views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea from virtually every window.

Little Waters Villa's living room features a magnificent wall of 10-foot glass doors that open onto a patio overlooking the sparkling Caribbean Sea. In addition to being bright and airy, the living room has minimalistic décor. Furnished with very comfortable furniture, the living room offers cable television and DVD. A separate formal dining room opens onto the villas' pool deck. The very contemporary kitchen is an absolute delight.

The four bedrooms at Little Waters Villa are very spacious and well-furnished. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, iPod dock, Plasma TV, DVD player and hairdryers are available in all bedrooms. The four bedrooms have connecting en suite bathrooms.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-sized four-poster bamboo bed, polished bamboo flooring, with 3 glass walls that open up to a wraparound balcony and the ocean's refreshing, cool breezes. The bathroom features a whirlpool tub that overlooks the sea and has a separate rainfall shower and double countertop basins. The second upstairs bedroom showcases a king-sized handmade bed from Bali. With glass doors that also open onto a private balcony, the bathroom has a cradled tub directly in front of a large picture window that provides uninterrupted ocean views. The third bedroom is on the ground floor bedroom and has optional king-sized or two twin handmade beds from Bali. The bathroom features a walk-in rainforest shower. The forth bedrooms is a cottage bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king.

The fully staffed villa offers a cook, butler, pool man, housekeeper and gardener. Additional services include security and concierge services. The expertly trained butler and chef will plan meals as per the guests' preferences in cuisine to ensure that every meal is a fabulous gourmet experience, literally a celebration! Little Waters Villa features a unique and rather large swimming pool. Interestingly located amidst the villa's buildings, the swimming pool can be accessed right from the passage. A lovely wooden deck surrounds the pool and feature very comfortable lounging chairs. The views from the pool deck are truly remarkable!

High speed internet access is available all through Little Waters Villa. Furthermore, a telephone connection is also provided.

Guests at Little Waters Villa will have a fabulous time exploring the coastline along the cliff side, which reveals two subterranean caves, the larger of which has its own natural sea-water pool. As they sit in this cave, they will hear the waves pounding on the rocks below and forget all life's worries. The smaller cave has an inset stone bench; the perfect retreat to sit with a glass of wine and watch the setting sun or, if they are lucky, the dolphins at play.

Little Waters Villa is located on the West End of Negril, 80 minutes from the Sangster International Airport, just past the Negril Point lighthouse, and 10 minutes from the town and beach. The villa management will be happy to arrange transfers to and from Sangster International Airport.
