The four-bedroom beachhouse villa and guest cottage can accommodate families and groups of up to ten persons.

The house is flanked by two private beaches and a red clay tennis court.

It is fully staffed by 2-3 housekeepers, groundskeeper and security guard.
Llantrissant, as it is known locally, is located in the historical center of Negril where the West End Road intersects Hermitage Road at the foot of Red Ground. It is probably the oldest domicile in Negril, having been built in the late 19th century and may pre-date the Negril Lighthouse. Its wood beam construction and louvered windows were built to embrace nature allowing for the natural sea breezes, enhanced by ceiling and floor fans to keep the air circulating. Under the canopy of landmark trees, the property is naturally one of the coolest spots in Negril.

The house features two master bedrooms on the main floor with their own bathrooms, each with a door opening to a shared outdoor shower for rinsing off after coming from the beach. The seaside bedroom opens directly onto the 50-foot veranda with views of the Caribbean sea. Both rooms have four poster canopy beds draped with mosquito netting, ceiling fans, dressing tables and dressers.

The living and dining rooms are appointed with colonial-era and rattan furniture. The veranda has a teak table which can expand to seat twelve and there is a separate seating area at its opposite end. There are three rooms upstairs which are separated by dividers. There are three twin beds and a king sized bed and share a bathroom. An outside staircase leads down to the beach. The cottage has a queen size bed and its own veranda facing the sea.

The entertainment system includes a 40” smart TV for casting and local cable viewing, a stereo amplifier with a Bluetooth and Chromecast adapters, a DVD player and a Google Mesh wi-fi network Speakers are located in the living room and veranda with remarkable acoustics.

There is a variety of exercise equipment including two Bosu balls, a Pilates reformer, stretch bands, free weights and yoga mats. There are four, two person sea kayaks, two paddle boards and snorkeling gear at no extra cost.

Food is not included but the staff can do the shopping, cooking and serving.
