Impressive. Doesn't get any better than Yrie Beach Villa. We hugged all the staff with supreme appreciation. They were awesome. Food is top notch. Rooms are top notch. Location is ideal . Premises pristine. All 17 members of our group are eager to stay at Yrie again. It was a truly irie experience.

My family and I, 12-15 of us take an annual family vacation every year. In 2026 I came across this property and booked it. The house, which is located right on the beach nestled between hotels, restaurants and other businesses could not have been a better location for our group. The house was clean, the Entire staff was phenomenal. The meals were perfectly planned. After a couple of days the chef and assistants knew our preferences and catered them to us. The staff at the house worked very hard ensuring that all of our needs were met and we truly appreciated their efforts. Family members were able to book water activities, massages, etc., right on the beach outside the house. Transportation was set up, when we needed it, but we could also walk to a local market, nightclub, shops and restaurants. This was by far one of the best vacations that we’ve taken and we plan to vacation here again.

It was simply heavenly for the Mom/grandmom who usually does alll the cooking and cleaning!!! I just loved it!! The house is spectacular. The staff was amazing. And the beach/water was crystal clear. Rays and starfish!!! We all snorkeled. Even the little ones!!! Will definitely return!! Best beach vacation ever!!!! Food was yummy and healthy too!! Thanks Marie!!!! Rooms were immaculate. TV above the pool was enjoyed by all!! World Cup soccer and Moana too!!

This was the second time to vacation here and again it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent,the staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding Marie did a great job. Krystal the house manager was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Every staff member were always available if needed also the Security Shane was very friendly and helpful. All around GREAT experience again and we will be back next year.

The villa was the perfect setup for our multi-generation group. Everyone had their own well-appointed and comfortable space. The beach was beautiful and just steps away from our pool. The kids went continuously went back and forth between pool and beach and loved them both. The staff was extremely kind and worked hard to please our five kids with kid-friendly meals.

We had an incredible stay at Yrie Beach. From the second we arrived the staff provided an incredible experience. The villa is clean and spacious and beautiful, and we had everything we could have wanted. It’s on a gorgeous stretch of beach and we enjoyed time in both the beach and the pool while we were there. Food was amazing every night, chef Marie is an incredible cook! Crystal took care of all of our excursions and anything else that came up while we were there. Would love to return!

Best Beach Location & Beautiful House

You can't beat the location. Chef Marie made our vacation the most memorable yet. She is well-organized and everyday she surprised us with her excellent creations. Any issues we had were addressed as best as they could and timely.The accommodation is run like a mini private hotel-beautiful rooms and lots of space. It was private and perfect for our group of 10.

Your own mini luxury resort

Our group had such a memorable family vacation at Yrie Beach Villa! The host and staff really outdid themselves and took care of everything for us. The Villa is beautiful and very clean. We had an outstanding week at Yrie Beach Villa and its location on the beach in Negril is spectacular! The Villa is well appointed and all of the rooms are unique and comfortable. Absolutely Amazing Girl's Trip

I don't have enough kind words to say about our stay. The location, the villa, the staff, the food...everything was absolutely amazing. The pictures on the website do not do justice for the experience. Each room was so meticulously decorated not to mention the views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. A Honeymoon to remember

My fiancee visited this villa back in August 2023 with family. He raved about this villa and loved it so much he booked it for our honeymoon and invited family to join us as well later on in the week. This place was perfect, everyone loved it! The food, hospitality and over all experience was top notch. We were treated like royalty and family at the same time. Kudos to the chef Marie, house manager Krisanne, Ray and other staff for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this villa and cant wait to visit again!

Perfect family vacation

We will definitely be back. The house was beautiful, inside and out. The staff was always on point working with our daily changes. I felt like they took care of everyone. We had 13 people total and the house accommodated all easily. The food was amazing. Chef Cher is awesome! We were celebrating a few graduations and engagement. The celebration they prepared for my family was beautiful.

Girls Trip 2021

There were 11 women in this trip. Someone can imagine there were 11 email personalities.This was an experience not just a villa rental. The property is new and Immaculate. The staff went out of their way to please every guest at all times. The chef was creative and on point at every meal! Loved it so much already planning to go back in three months.
