Notre hôte nous a rejoint à la station service la plus proche pour nous accompagner au logement. Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre et en bon état. Le propriétaire nous a fait part des points de vigilance à avoir lors de notre séjour. Il a été de bons conseils pour nous indiquer quelques adresses locales. La maison est au calme et très bien située sur la route des plages ce qui permet un accès très pratique. La piscine est appréciable et très bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Agréable maison dans un endroit calme et bien situé pour visiter la région

La maison est très agréable et bien équipée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces et équipements extérieurs. La piscine est bien entretenue. L'emplacement est parfait et bien centré pour visiter la région et accéder à de très belles plages. Malgré un accueil un peu "rigide" par le propriétaire (qui a eu, à sa décharge, des mauvaises expériences avec d'anciens locataires), Nicolas a été très sympathique et toujours disponible. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre semaine de vacances passée dans cette maison.

Maison très agréable, propre avec piscine très bien entretenue. Villa proche de Porto-Vecchio et des plages. Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Je recommande cette location.

Très bel emplacement, maison très fonctionnelle et très propre. Piscine au top.

La location est géographiquement très bien située pour une visite du sud de la Corse. Proche de Porto vecchio et de très belles plages. Que des compliments pour la propreté intérieure et de la piscine, très beau et grand terrain. Le propriétaire est à proximité et intervient rapidement lorsque cela est nécessaire .

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Deux semaines passées au mois de juin dans cette villa qui a comblé toutes nos exigences. Un excellent rapport qualité prix, un emplacement parfait pour l accès aux plus belles plages. M.Crispi est un propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location. A bientôt.

Une perle rare

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison offrant un confort haut de gamme. Maison d'une grande propreté, le jardin, terrasse et piscine très bien entretenu. De plus, Nicolas le propriétaire est très sympathique et met tout à disposition pour que nous ayons juste à penser qu'à nous détendre. Électroménager moderne, terrasse bien aménagée, une superbe piscine. Enfin un autre point fort, la maison est au calme et permet également d'avoir accès aux plus belles plages de Porto-vecchio et ses environs en évitant les bouchons du centre ville. Merci encore Nicolas, nous recommandons vivement ce bien. Très belle prestation, une perle rare en terme de rapport qualité/prix.

Une excellente adresse à retenir et idéalement située pour explorer le sud est de la Corse. La maison est proche des plages de palombaggia et santa giulia et de Porto Vecchio. Nicolas est un hôte accueillant et attentionné. Une adresse à retenir.

Nous recommandons cette location ou nous avons passé 2 semaines. Très bien située, proche de Porto-Vecchio sur la route de la plage de Palombaggia. Commerces à proximité. La maison est conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnelle. Accueil sur place très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoins. Nous étions un couple avec 2 enfants.

Sehr sauberes, nettes, modernes Haus. Es wäre jedoch schön, wenn keine versteckten Kosten von 135 Euro noch zum ursprünglichen Mietpreis dazu kommen würden!!!

Tranquillità e comodità

La casa è situata in una zona molto tranquilla nei pressi di Porto Vecchio ed è quindi l'ideale per chi vuole stare isolato e lontano da qualsiasi località di villeggiatura. Allo stesso tempo è molto comoda per raggiungere le più belle località (Bonifacio) e spiagge nei dintorni: Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Sperone, etc. La casa è ben equipaggiata e molto confortevole e appena ristrutturata, quindi vi sono piccole cose ancora di sistemare o migliorare ma è normale all'inzio della locazione. Ogni richiesta o piccolo inconveniente è stato prontamente affrontato e risolto dai proprietari, peraltro molto cordiali e gentili. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza sia in Corsica sia in questa tranquilla abitazione.
