Residence Les Reflets de Carnac

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Carnac (OT Legenese) sehr schön. Zu dem Appartement gibt es aber einige negative Punkte. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir über SMS informiert, das eine persönliche Übergabe nicht möglich ist, obwohl wir darauf hingewiesen haben, wann unsere Ankunft ist. Das Appartement richte es Muffig und wir mussten erstmal richtig gut lüften und alles was wir angefasst haben, hat geklebt. Daher haben wir erstmal alles geputzt und gut gereinigt. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und bereits in die Jahre gekommen, hier sollte dringendst renoviert werden (nicht mehr Zeitgemäß). Es gibt noch so ein paar Kleinigkeiten die Verbesserungswürdig wären, aber das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Séjour à Carnac

Appartement très bien situé. Accueil très bien géré. Nous avons pu profiter de nos 9 jours de vacances entre plage (à 400 mètres), vélo (loués chez véloc ouest accueil très sympathique) et découvertes culturelles.

très bel endroit

l'appartement est fonctionnel et sécurisé dans une résidences avec piscine. C'est un plus très appréciable. il se trouve à 200 m de la plage et 400 de Carnac plage. du coup pas besoin de voiture. encore un plus. pour les amoureux de balade le chemin du douanier est a faire. pour finir l'accueil est très sympathique. recommande +++++++ l

La location correspond bien à la descriptionion. Il est situé à 200 m de la plage. La piscine

Excellent séjour, l appartement en rez de chaussée avec la terrasse et le jardin est très agréable. La piscine mitoyenne doit être bruyante en pleine saison. Mais la dernière semaine d août c était top. Nous sommes à 200 m de la plage

Logement parfait et tres bien situe

Logement parfait pour 5 personnes, tres bien place pour l'acces a la plage de Legenese, au Yacht Club et au centre commercant de Carnac. Propre, comfortable, avec petit jardin et juste a cote de la piscine de la residence. Tres bon accueil. Merci!

Die Wohnung benötigt neues Inventar und eine Dauerbelüftung

Die Wohnung mit ihrem Garten und dem Gemeinschaftspool ist eigentlich super. Auch die Lage zum Meer ist klasse! Leider mussten wir die Wohnung nach einer Woche wechseln, da wir sie uns nicht weiter zumuten wollten. Sie riechte großteils wie ein feuchter Keller. Auch die Matratzen, Möbel und Textilien. Das Kinderzimmer war wegen des Geruchs überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Die Küchengeräte und das Besteck sind sehr alt und sehr wenig gepflegt. Die Küchen- und Wohnzimmerschränke riechen sehr unangenehm. Wir bewahrten Geschirr und Besteck deswegen ausserhalb der Schränke auf. Allerdings waren Vermieter und Verwalterin fair und wir fanden eine unkomplizierte Einigung. Erst wenn die Wohnung neue Möbel, neue Küchengeräte und Massnahmen gegen die Feuchtigkeit und gegen den vorherrschenden Kellergeruch bekommt, können wir sie empfehlen. Dann aber sehr!

très bien localisé, au calme, jardin et piscine au top

L'appartement est très bien localisé, à 5 min à pied de la plage, il se trouve dans une résidence au calme avec accès à une belle piscine (mais pas chauffée). L'appartement est bien agencé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut mais il est un peu vintage!!! :) La terrasse et le petit jardin sont très bien pour en profiter du petit déjeuner au diner! Odile est très gentille et disponible. Je recommande cette location!

Gute Lage, sehr nah an schönem Sandstrand

Das Objekt steht in einer kleinen Ferienanlage mit Pool. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sehr funktional. Das große Bett ist ganz gut. Einrichtung, vor allem die Küche (nur zwei Herdplatten) etwas spartanisch, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Großer, halbwegs neuer Kühlrschrank, gute Töpfe und sogar scharfe Messer. Für die Zubereitung kleiner Mahlzeiten völlig ausreichend. Der Pool wird gut gewartet, frisches Wasser, wenig gechlort. Die Lage ist sehr gut - ein ruhiger Teil von Carnac (Legenese), sehr nah an einem sehr feinen Sandstrand. Ende August noch gut gesucht aber nicht überfüllt, kein Rummel, ruhig und familienfreundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Unsere Kritikpunkte: Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es waren lediglich Boden, Bad und WC geputzt. Die Bettwäsche war extrem parfümiert. Hat man damit Probleme, bessser eigene Wäsche mitbringen oder versuchen, im Vorfeld abzuklären. Beide Punkte haben wir bei der Abreise mitgeteilt.

parfait a quelques petits détails près

L' appartement est conforme à la description. On peut aller à la mer à pieds. Les commerces sont également accessibles à pieds. La résidence est calme. La piscine jouxte l'appartement. Bref idéal pour des vacances reposante. L'appartement est très bien agencé. Ceci étant quelques petits détails a corrigé : l'étendoir est à remplacer. La chasse d'eau est prête à casser. l'essoreuse à salade a fait son temps, une petite étagère dans la cuisine ne serait pas de trop.... Sinon l'accueil d'Odile a été très agréable. Le ménage avait été fait et l'appartement était propre. Je conseille donc fortement cet appartement mais invite le propriétaire a quelques petits remplacement somme toute pas onéreux.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est extrêmement fonctionnel et très bien situé par rapport au Yacht Club, aux plages de Légendes, Ty Bihan et Saint Colomban. Le jardin est assez grand et possède un arbre qui permet de se reposer à l'ombre. A recommander +++. Merci beaucoup!

appartement parfait, conforme aux photos dans une belle résidence bien située

excellent séjour dans un bel appartement moderne, bien organisé (il manque juste un peu de rangement dans la cuisine) bien situé, calme (tout au moins en cette saison) très bon contact avec Odile, toujours prête au moindre appel et souriante. le temps était de la partie et nous avons pu faire de belles ballades à pieds ou en voiture mais sans faire beaucoup de kms - commerces à proximité en résumé, tout était parfait !

Tres bon rapport qualite prix

Bien équipé ensoleille terrasse et jardin residence tres calme en cette periode parking prive thalasso a 2mn en voiture nous etions 2 personnes et l espace etait correct jamais là dans la journée nous reviendrons avec plaisr merci a odile qui est aux petits soins pour les vacanciers un vrai plaisir !!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour appartement très bien orienté. Logement propre, il manque seulement un peu de rangement dans la cuisine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Odile qui est très sympathique.
