Nice location and a quiet. 10 min walk to town, lovely bracing pool. Nice welcome when we arrived. Would stay again.

Peaceful appartment

The appartment provided everything we needed. Odile who met us with the key was welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool, quiet and clean, was a great bonus as the weather was very hot and we were not able to use the beaches because all the beaches in the Carnac area have a total dog- ban.

Die gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung war für uns (Ehepaar um die 80 Jahre, 1 Hund) gut geeignet. Wir haben den Garten nicht weiter genutzt, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Das Schwimmbad war noch nicht in Betrieb. In der weitläufigen Wohnanlage waren wir fast die einzigen Gäste (Ende Mai - Anfang Juni).

Appartement spacieux et bien situé qui mériterait un vrai ménage

Appartement spacieux avec 2 chambres, bien situé, au calme tout en étant à bonne distance à pied de la plage et des commerces. En revanche, grosse déception sur le manque de propreté de l'appartement (rideau de douche moisi, couche de poussières / moutons d'1 cm sur le cadre des lits enfants, odeur nauséabonde placard de la cuisine, ...) Pour le prix cela est très décevant.

Jolie résidence, calme et agreable

Séjours de 15 jours passés trop vite, tout a été parfait, l accueil d Odile ainsi que la location. La piscine a été une belle surprise par sa grandeur et propreté. Le quartier est agréable proche d une belle plage à pied. Le centre ville est à une distance faisable à pieds par le bord de mer, sinon 5 à 10 mn en voiture. Carnac est idéal en point de départ pour visiter la région. A bientôt sûrement !

Un très bon séjour hors saison estivale ! Exactement ce que je recherchais comme location, un havre de paix . Un mélange exquis mer et campagne. L’ hôte Odile est réactive et très sympathique ! Le logement est agréable. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés .

Déjà la seconde fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement ! Jolie résidence bien entretenue. L’appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et bien situé, près des plages, mais en retrait de l’agitation carnacoise. À recommander !

Au calme !

Séjour au calme très agréable. L'appartement est en bordure de résidence avec un champ d'un côté. Il est fonctionnel et le tout est décoré avec goût. La cuisine est trop bien équipée (grand frigo). La mer est à une quinzaine de minutes à pied pour ceux qui marchent tranquillement. Séjour effectué en juin et nous avions la piscine rien que pour nous !

Très agreable séjour dans ce charmant appartement en rez de jardin. Propreté des lieux et les lits faits à l’arrivée un vrai plus très apprécié. Cuisine bien équipée. Très bien situé, on a tout fait en vélo. Merci à Odile pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Malgré d’un petit incident technique, avec la super réactivité de notre hôte et sa gentillesse tout est rentré dans l’ordre sans qu’on s’en aperçoive!!! Un séjour très sympathique, on reviendra l’année prochaine.

L'appartement est spacieux (45 m2) mais du fait de la présence d'une deuxième chambre, la sdb est très petite. La terrasse et le coin jardin sont agréables. L'appartement est très bien équipé notamment en matériel de cuisine (revoir néanmoins l'affûtage des couteaux...). L'accueil par Odile est très chaleureux et efficace : nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
