Clean, modern apartment in excellent location.

Very well apportioned apartment close to beach and shops/restaurants. Very private and secure with plenty of parking. Tastefully decorated with several modern touches to make it extra special. Thank you for the bottle of cider!

Nice big apartment, but near to busy street

The owner was very nice. The apartment was clean except one wardrobe. One of the two beds was worn out. The other was ok. The apatment is big, nice kitchen und bathroom, the balkony ist also big enough and has a good view in the garden. However there is noise coming from the very busy street where is felt no speed limit. The windows are not the best, so you hear the noise also whlie sleeping. With ear protection it is quite goog. Otherwise I can recommend the flat. The location ist nearly perfect.

Sehr ausführliche Informationen zum Check In / Out und Aufenthalt in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Tolle zentrale Lage mit sicherem und kostenlosen Parkplatz. Störend war lediglich das stundenlange Laufen der Entlüftung nach dem Duschen.

Immeuble situé dans une pinède très verte. Pas de vue mer mais vue sur des marais salants avec reflets du coucher de soleil.Pour des sexagénaires 3ème étage à pied et chargés c'est ardu.Quelques problèmes avec la Box SFR.

Guter Standort zwischen Quiberon und Golfe du Morbinan

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, neuwertig und sehr gepflegt, es entspricht alles den Angaben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Betreuerin vor Ort war liebenswürdig und sehr gut. Die Lage ist super für alle Ausflüge mit dem Auto auf die Halbinsel Quiberon und an den Golfe. In Carnach ist alles fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Den einzigen Minuspunkt gibt es für das äußerliche Erscheinungsbild der Gebäude der Residenz, sie benötigen einen neuen Anstrich.
