With plenty of seating areas, a pool table, a Sonos sound system that can be heard throughout every room, a dry bar with all the tools you’ll need to create your perfect drink, a BBQ grill, a heated swimming pool (at no additional charge), a fire-pit in a peaceful courtyard, and a fully stocked kitchen with Professional GE Monogram appliances and all the spices and pantry necessities to truly make the most out of your stay. You’ll have such a relaxing and joyous visit, you won’t want to leave.

This home is located on the lake in a tranquil, gated-community. Sidestep the arrid Arizona landscapes and enjoy the gorgeous lakeviews and lush green grass all throughout the neighborhood. This is a great location for enjoying the golfing community at the beautiful nearby golf course or take advantage of the short commute to some great shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues in the nearby community.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- No pets allowed
- No outdoor noise between 9pm - 8am
- No smoking
- Must be 25 to book
- Doorbell camera and a driveway camera in place at property
- Only people on the reservation allowed in the home unless pre approved.


No public transportation within the neighborhood, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available for any transportation needs. Additionally, you are welcome to use the three car garage if you choose to drive or rent a vehicle.
