Very comfortable family house between Montepillier and nice beach

We had a lovely two week stay at Audrey and David's house. We felt welcome and had all sorts of comforts in their beautiful family friendly house. The environment was very quiet and it felt more like visiting friends than anything else. However, if you are holidaying here you need to plan on doing almost everything by car. We knew that and felt very comfortable. There were many things to do and both the beach and the centre of Montpellier can be reached very quickly. We would come again at any time.

La maison était grande et belle. Nous pourrions bien cuisiner et profiter de nos vacances. Nous avons aimé la piscine. Vous pouvez choisir entre le soleil et l'ombre toute la journée. Il y avait la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et dans le salon. Il y avait une aire de jeux à deux minutes à pied. En 15 minutes en voiture nous étions à Palavas de flotes en bord de mer, au marché le dimanche ou en soirée au Lunapark. En 10 minutes en voiture nous étions à Montpellier dans le Super U. L'emplacement était parfait. La famille Quételard était très sympathique et gentille. Nous pourrions les contacter à tout moment. Vous nous avez très bien reçu. Nous pouvions converser en français et en anglais. Seul reproche : il aurait pu être un peu mieux nettoyé. Merci beaucoup pour tout. Si nous recherchons une maison pour les vacances, nous les recontacterons. Salutations de la famille Meier

Maison très calme proche de la mer. Propriétaires accueillants

La maison est située dans un lotissement très calme, proche de la campagne. La plage est à 10 - 15 minutes. 2 chambres sont climatisées, ce qui représente un plus en plein été. Il est très agréable de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse protégée du soleil. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et attentionnés. Maison à recommander.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison confortable et bien entretenue. Le quartier est très calme et avec une voiture l’accès aux plages et à Montpellier est très rapide. Les propriétaires sont sympatriques et à l'écoute des besoins particuliers. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Maison agréable dans un quartier calme...

Belle maison bien entretenue dans un quartier calme. Les propriétaires ont répondu rapidement à nos questions lors de la réservation. En arrivant, état des lieux et petite attention des propriétaires à notre égard avec des boissons fraiches dans le frigo. Les deux terrasses sont agréables tout au long de la journée. Ventilateurs dans les chambres et le salon, heureusement car on aurait eu très chaud sans eux. Cuisine très bien équipée. Avec une voiture, accès rapide vers Montpelliers, le centre de Lattes, la mer, ... Boulangerie, petite épicerie et boucherie accessibles à pieds. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci...

Cette maison de ville sur deux étages est particulièrement bien entretenue, confortable et bien équipée : électroménager, tv, wifi, barbecue, moustiquaires, ... L'accueil des propriétaires est tout à fait sympathique et rigoureux : état des lieux, quelques brochures touristiques, boissons au frais. La situation géographique permet de rayonner sans difficulté dans cette magnifique région (voiture indispensable). Il s'agit d'une location d'été que nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons apprécié cette location de standing, spacieuse, particulièrement bien entretenue et équipée. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs durant la phase de réservation en réponse à nos questions. L'accueil sur place a été excellent et rigoureux (état des lieux), avec une attention très sympathique : quelques boissons dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée. Enfin, l'environnement est calme, les deux terrasses étant très agréables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, géographiquement très bien placée si l'on possède une véhicule personnel.
