About this property

A wooden house on the beautiful West Coast with the width beautiful beaches.

We have a nice cozy cottage close to Nyminde / Blåbjerg plantation. Here is a good atmosphere and nice to be in great nature. The house has many good features that make it easy to be a couple or a family on holiday in this house. It is close to Days Resort, Sea West, where there is access to the water park, bowling, restaurants and more. The house is approximately 85 m2 incl. the conservatory. The conservatory is a lovely bright room which is nice to enjoy dinner inside outside. There are 3 bedrooms - sleeps 6 - 1 double bed, a room with two single beds and one with one top bunk bed and a Futon. Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with stove with oven and refrigerator with freezer on top. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle etc. The kitchen is located in an open plan living room which has a wood stove.
The house has a Smart TV, with chromecast and a DVD player.
There is a spacious garage with garden toys and an ordinary charcoal grill/barbecue.
You will find an extra table with sink and water, nice extra facilities to clean fishes or anything you need. You will also find a waschmaschine and a tumbledryer at your disposal. If we have firewood in the garage, you may use it for free. .
There is wireless internet, which can be connected with the specified code to be found in the cottage.
We use the house very much ourselves, which therefore has more personal things like board games, movies, condiments, napkins, candles, etc. So we hope that you will feel comfortable in our cozy house.

Absolutely perfect

The owners were easy to talk to and stayed in constant contact as needed. The house was exactly as advertised. It was such an amazing stay. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Easy instructions to use everything in the house, and came stocked with all the amenities we could think to have. Truly a fantastic stay, if we are ever in Denmark again, we know where we would like to stay!

Super cosy very well equipped house!

Come in and feel at home! That's how we felt when we arrived in Houstrop. A super cosy, very well equipped house with a lovely, secluded garden big enough for ball games, the trampoline and relaxing. Claus and Hanne were great hosts, answering our queries swiftly and competently in advance and while we were there. Thank you for your hospitality! We'll definitely be recommending you!

Ein voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, modern eingerichtete ohne den typischen Charme eines dänischen Ferienhaus zu verlieren. An die Geräusche der Vakuumtoilette muss man auch kurz gewöhnen :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei. Vielen Dank!

An diesem Haus merkt man, dass es die Gastgeberfamilie auch selbst zum Urlauben nutzt. Alles ist dadurch sehr authentisch und was man an Alltäglichem braucht vorhanden. Das Holzhaus hat einen rustikalen Charme und bietet viel Raum für gemeinschaftliches Essen, Spielen oder Entspannen. Unser Sohn hat sehr gerne das große Trampolin genutzt. Der nahegelegene Strand und die Landschaft sind wunderbar.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und angenehme Woche in der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit Hanne war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Es gab einen Self-Check-in, welcher komplett problemlos verlief. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man so im Alltag gebrauchen könnte. Im Umkreis finden sich viele Möglichkeiten, baden zu gehen, und mit unserem Hund empfanden wir auch keine Einschränkungen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns, wiederzukommen.

Traumhaus im Wald

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Dänemark und total begeistert von dem Ferienhaus, das sich auf einem sehr großen Grundstück befindet. Es war alles vorhanden, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer selber darin wohnen. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns einen weiteren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus bestens vorstellen.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Häuschen von Hanne und Claus verbracht, bei allen Wetterlagen des dänischen Sommers. Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung (sogar eine Küchenwaage gibt es!), von der superschnellen und freundlichen Kommunikation und natürlich auch von der Umgebung. Die Kinder haben sich insbesondere über das Trampolin gefreut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren und bedanken uns herzlich bei Hanne und Claus!

Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir leben in einer westdeutschen Großstadt und wollten einfach nur zwei Wochen lang unsere Ruhe haben. Und die haben wir in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten und wunderbar gelegenen Ferienhaus gefunden! Das Haus befindet sich in einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit großzügig geschnittenen Grundstücken und hohen Sträuchern und Bäumen dazwischen, so dass man von seinen Nachbarn nicht viel mitbekommt. Außerdem glaube ich, dass die anderen Urlauber in dieser Gegend auch vor allem Ruhe und Entspannung gesucht haben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandhandtücher (ein schönes Detail!), Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Trockner, WLAN, Fernseher, Spiele, Puzzles -- es ist wirklich alles vorhanden! Man merkt dem Haus auch an, dass es von den Vermietern selbst genutzt wird. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, und es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und auf der Terrasse. Alles funktioniert, und alles ist dem neuesten Stand. Weitläufige Strände und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jeweils nur einige Kilometer entfernt. Die Einheimischen, denen wir begegnet sind, sprechen sehr gut Englisch und oft auch sehr gut Deutsch. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, aber die Arbeit ruft. Es war schön, dem Hamsterrad für ein paar Tage zu entkommen. Mange tak, Hanne!

Großes schönes sauberes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung im Wald. Das Grundstück ist ziemlich groß und man hat folgedessen eine wunderbare ruhe von allem. Meiner Tochter gefiel natürlich das Trampolin am besten, aber auch an anderen Spielen für draußen hat es nicht gemangelt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Ob in der Küche die Gewürze, das Geschirr oder für schlechte Wetter Tage die Spiele, Bücher und Puzzle, es fehlt eigentlich nichts. Bettwäsche Handtücher fürs Haus aber auch Strandhandtücher gehören mit zur Ausstattung. Alles in allem ein super schönes Ferienhaus für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Einkauf Möglichkeiten gibt es ganz in der Nähe, genauso die kurze Entfernung zum Strand. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren Anfang August in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Schlafräume sind relativ klein, der Wohnraum umso großzügiger geschnitten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Noch toller wäre es gewesen, wenn das Wetter besser mitgespielt hätte, aber dafür konnten wir uns einen kompletten (Regen)Tag von der Gemütlichkeit des Hauses überzeugen. Die Kinder haben sich auf dem Trampolin austoben können und unser Hund hat sich schon jeden Abend auf den Hasen gefreut, der auf der großen Rasenfläche zu Besuch kam. Die Lage ist super, man kann innerhalb von einer guten Stunde in Billund (Legoland) sein, an den Stränden ist man viel schneller, die Autostrände sind ca 20 Autominuten entfernt, der naheste Strand war ca 6km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca 5km Entfernung.

Großes schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und man hat alles, was man braucht! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sogar Strandhandtücher, werden bereitgestellt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet! Meine Tochter hat sich sehr über das Trampolin gefreut😉.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen in schöner Umgebung

Dieses schöne Ferienhäuschen liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung im Wald. Die Grundstücke sind groß, sodass man einen guten Abstand zu den Nachbarn hat. Das ganze Gebiet ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Absolut top zum entspannen. Bis zum Strand sind es fußläufig 4km. Wir sind meist mit dem Auto gefahren, da wir keine Fahrräder dabei hatten. Aber auch hier war der kleine Parkplatz am Stand nie voll. Dementsprechend war der Stand fast komplett leer. (und das in der Hauptsaison) Das Haus an sich war wunderschön. Hier merkt man deutlich, dass es nicht nur ein Investment zum Geldverdienen ist, sondern von den Besitzern auch selbst genutzt wird. Viele kleine Details, die in anderen Ferienhäusern fehlen waren hier vorhanden und konnten frei genutzt werden. (Spiele /Bücher /Gewürze in der Küche, Holz in der Garage ect.) Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben das riesige Trampolin im Garten geliebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes gemütliches Fehrienhaus

Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus in einer wunderschönen Ferienhaussiedlung. Die Häuser sind so weit von einander entfernt, dass man von den Nachbarn so gut wie nichts mitbekommt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt; und sogar weit darüber hinaus. Für unsere Kinder war das Trampolin im Garten das Highlight. Klar ist die Gegend wunderschön (tolle Strände, nette Leute, viel für Kinder). Schade an der Ferienhaussiedlung war für uns nur, dass es dort mehr Deutsche, als Dänen gibt. Ausserdem ist der Strand relativ weit weg. Zu Fuß läuft man eine gute Stunde. Mit Kindern eher ungeeignet. Mit dem Auto, oder auch Fahrrad ist man natürlich schneller am Strand. Houstrup hat auch einen FKK Bereich.

Charmant und schön gelegen

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht, von Kücheneinrichtung bis zu Spielen für Drinnen und Draußen. Das Grundstück ist groß und schön. Gerne wieder.

Tolles und super ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist wunderschön, hat einen tollen und großzügigen Garten und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es gibt einen Grill, Gartenmöbel in allen Varianten und sogar ein Trampolin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Hanne war bestens, sie hat immer sofort auf alles geantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer Art Ferienhaussiedlung mit vielen Bäumen. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 5 km, was man gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren kann. Es gibt aber auch einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können es unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

Das Ferienhaus von Hanne und Claus hat alles was man sich an einem Ferienhaus wünscht. Schönes Haus, Terrasse und in der Einrichtung fehlt einem nichts. Alles hat einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

In diesem Ferienhaus kann man sich wohl fühlen, bei gutem und bei schlechtem Wetter. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird und noch viel mehr. Die Schlafzimmer sind einfach, dafür sind Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich umso großzügiger und mit modernen ansprechenden Möbeln ausgestattet. Bei kühlerem Wetter haben wir uns auch gerne im Wintergarten aufgehalten.
