This rental home is tastefully decorated and will provide your family or two families all the necessities needed for a wonderful Fripp experience. It has two master suites . The living room and kitchen are designed to be open and spacious. There is plenty of space for parking for large families with 2 car garage. This house is near the beach and pools, one minute by golf cart (ONLY ONE IS PROVIDED.).
New 65 inch Flat Screen TV and hardwood floors . New updated kitchen and master bath. Amenity cards available see Additional information for prices.
There is a large deck to relax on . Come to relax at this great island which is surrounded by undeveloped islands. There is no traffic or hustle and bustle. You will love the activities

With passes you can golf and play tennis. Amenity cards are available for extra charge. See additional information or email the owner for extra charge. We are located on an ocean front golf course. The marina is near by where you can hop in a boat and explore. We provide ONLY ONE GOLF CART. You will never regret the experience on Fripp Island. Email for additional pictures of updates

Wonderful location

This house is in a great location with lots of room. Jan was very responsive and answered all my questions. The house is pet friendly so there are quite a bit of stained carpets however other than that it is very clean. The elevator is a great feature but not very reliable if you have to depend on it. We enjoyed the front porch in the afternoons and made use of the fully stocked kitchen.

This house was a great place to stay! Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. Clean and a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach! We will definitely stay there again!

Fifth at Fripp is a very comfortable house. Convenient location. We enjoyed walking the dogs each day. Use of the golf car was great. We would certainly stay again!

2nd stay and will stay again

We hove staying at Fifth on Fripp. This was the 2nd time staying and we have already booked our next trip. The house is large enough to spread out and sleep our family comfortably. The location is perfect and easy to access all the island has to offer. Host is very responsive and helpful.

4th of July vacation

The property is starting to show its age. Between the mix match of towels to the torn sheets in the primary bedroom to the inoperable shower doors and very poor water pressure. Requiring the renters to wash the towels before checking out at 10:00am is ridiculous.For the price of the rental one expects a golf cart that is newer and not consumed with rust.It’s time for a makeover on this old lady.

Great property, good communication with the owner. Owner provided cart had an issue with the reverse switch and the company came to fix it in 15 minutes! Overall a great space, great location and great accommodations!

Beautiful home in a great location!

This was a beautiful home in a great location to all amenities on the island. There was more than enough room, open floor plan and bright colors in each room. The booking, check-in and check-out process was easy and the owner was great to work with. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful property to anyone. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Four generation family vacation

Home provided privacy and space for our family ranging in age from 4 months to 89 years. The owner was a delight to work with. Fripp Island is a great place for a family oriented vacation. The golf cart was a nice perk utilized throughout the week to tour the island and make our way to the beach.

Family-friendly house just off 5th hole of Ocean Pointe. Well equipped for our group of 2 adults and two teens....could easily accommodate a larger group. Bikes and beach chairs a plus. Kitchen has everything and grill worked great. Easy in and out.

Perfect for a family

We enjoyed this property very much. The layout is really nice and accommodated our family perfectly. The back deck is a great place to sit, relax, and watch nature. The beach is a short golf cart ride away. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in which we did almost every night. The property owner quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely rent this property again.
