California Dreamin’ is the perfect Big Bear Cabin! Located close to The Village and the lake, it’s the ideal spot for your group! With modern rustic décor throughout this newly remodeled home, you’ll love your stay at California Dreamin’!

Upon entry, you’ll take in a gorgeous open floor plan with wood floors.  You’ll walk into a beautiful space including a dining area, a kitchen with bar seating, and a living area. There is also a Foosball table for some competitive fun! The dining area features a beautiful wooden table with bench seating for up to six people. Hanging above is a gorgeous antler chandelier, creating the perfect ambiance for the space. The stylish kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and comes equipped with all the essential cookware for your family chef to whip something up! The living area has beautiful comfy leather couches, a wood-burning fireplace, a Roku TV, and a PlayStation!

Just off the living area and master bedroom is a deck with a propane grill and a table for six. Great for barbequing and enjoying our gorgeous Big Bear weather!

Leading to the bedrooms is a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom is gorgeously decorated and features a king size bed, and a blu-ray player. The master bath is beautifully tiled throughout. Take a relaxing shower after a long day on the lake or slopes! The second bedroom  features a queen size bed. An ideal space to do all of your California Dreamin'. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and a full bed on bottom. Featuring fun bear décor, it’s the perfect spot for little ones! All bedrooms are carpeted and contain a Roku TV.

Note: This property allows 2 dogs with a 40 lb weight limit per dog. Additional pets, or failure to clean up after them, will result in a loss of deposit.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
