Then this beautiful property offers a private entrance into a one bedroom with a King bed and a huge walk in closet that holds a dresser, extra bedding, linens, pillows, blankets, velvet hangers including a hanging jewelry organizer. This house was recently remodeled to ad a laundry room and a FULL kitchen, new SS stove, new granite counter tops, full size SS Refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It is a coffee lovers dream with a cappuccino machine, 12 cup coffee pot and also a Kerug if you want just a single cup of joe or a kettle for tea. The house has soaring ceilings with fans, a flat screen Smart TV, individual heating and cooling system, multiple charging stations. No waiting for someone to shower, this house has a Jack and Jill bathroom for ultimate flexibility. It also offers a fully stocked laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board plus a twin trundle bed for extra sleepers. Not excited about doing laundry on vacation? A laundry service picks up and drops off right to the house, just ask us for the schedule. The yard offers beautiful mature landscaping specially designed to offer blooms all year round, outdoor dining tables, a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a smoker, a fire table, and a wood burning fireplace, hammocks for relaxing, full size chaise for lounging by the pool. You can walk across the street to the Starfire golf course and dinning or walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater and more. It is close to the 101, Spring Training, Barrett Jackson, The Waste Managment PGA Golf Tournament, Old Town Scottsdale, Horse shows and much more.

Lovely Offering

Large pretty outside space and comfortable one bedroom with all necessary equipment and utilities. Very well-located for exploring northward and southward of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Nice residential neighbourhood.

Scottsdale retreat

We enjoyed the location. It is close to shopping, restaurants and a great yoga studio. We felt the unit was smaller as advertised. It was advertised as 900 square feet and it is only 480 square feet. The description leads you to believe you have a private unit. You actually share a unit that connects through the laundry room. The other renter had a cat which I was very allergic to and we could hear the other renter showering and on calls. The kitchen was not equipped completely. We needed a casserole pan which was not provided. The other pots and pans in poor condition. Joy was communicative. We enjoyed the location, but would not stay there again.

Scottsdale golf and sightseeing trip

The residents was everything that was stated, wonderful location, close to everything. Joy was available and very attentive to our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in these beautiful accommodations. Thank you Joy.

2nd timer

I stayed here in April and had an absolutely amazing time! Returned this past week to visit friends and family. There was a decomposing bird on the side of the house, rodent droppings scattered underneath the cabana, and I got spider bites from either the couch or the bed linens. I know monsoon season brings out all the creepy crawlies so I'm hoping this was just a one off experience. Otherwise, overall, had a relaxing and quiet stay! All the other spaces and amenities were easy to use and enjoyable.
