● Perfectly situated on the same complex as Independence 47 Hotel Scottsdale, you'll be just minutes away from all of the local area’s best attractions, including Old Town Scottsdale, Salt River Fields baseball stadium, OdySea Aquarium, Talking Stick Casino Resort, and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park, conveniently located right across the street.

● With a king bed and a queen-size sofa bed, this condo can accommodate up to four guests.

● The full bathroom comes complete with all the essentials needed for your stay, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.

● Spend your morning basking in the Arizona sun on the sunny patio, which overlooks a grassy lawn where you can watch birds and bunnies playing in the sunshine.

The laundry room is centrally located on the second floor behind the elevator.

I have a friend in from out of state for work several times a year and this has been the preferred location for us to stay. Spacious and conveniently located for our purposes. Nice accommodations for a week’s visit.

This place is in a great nice location close to everything you would need. It is renovated and simple, inviting, excellent storage space for luggage, walk in closet, easy to park, grassy area behind welcoming, so much preferred over a hotel.
