This property was an absolute joy to walk in to. Not only is it architecturally beautiful and super clean, but the hosts thought of every need for guests with high-end equipment and amenities. The hosts were super attentive if we had a question. Having also rented a different, very sub-par apartment for the same week for other family members, this one stands out as a true gem! I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

The location of the place is unbeatable and that might have been enough for us but this place is so cozy and comfortable, so clean and well taken care of it feels like staying with friends or family and not the cold, empty places a lot of short stay rentals have become. All three of my friends and I commented on how comfortable the beds were and we’re a pretty particular bunch of sleepers. Be prepared for hiking up bags up the stairs the first time but other than that they never bothered me. Everything was communication well and in detail and they were available during the stay for any questions. 10/10 stay in my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend. The unit was clean and quiet and a GREAT location for shopping, dining, and adventures. Very walkable! Amy was wonderfully communicative and accommodating to our check in, check out and garage parking needs. She was so helpful when one of us left some clothing behind as well. Will definitely keep this property in mind for a future stay!

The pictures did not do justice for such a wonderful space! Such a great style with a nod to the architecture but all fresh and remodeled. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed. Kitchen was great for us (we didn’t cook but needed coffee and refrigerators and dishwasher). Working with the host was wonderful! So helpful, cared that we were comfortable, and helped to return items left behind. The location was awesome too with so many restaurants and cool places around. We had 3 couples staying for a mini friends reunion and it was perfect. Absolutely recommend the host, the condo and the location and would stay again! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was great, and we had a wonderful time.The only issue we encountered was with the hot water. There was plenty of hot water, but it never got as warm as we would have liked, especially for showers and baths. If the water heater temperature could be adjusted, it would make the stay even better.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this property. It is lovely. We will stay again when we find it available. Part of my family stayed here for the 4th of July holiday. We were scattered throughout Bucktown as our son lives there. Thank you so much.

Very nice, spacious, top floor of a house. In a great neighborhood, seconds to the train and a huge range of places to eat and drink. Amy is an incredibly friendly and helpful host!.Would love to stay there again.
