Everything in our home is brand new. We just finished a full remodel including the kitchen, bathroom, floors, windows, and furnishings. Our home is a 600 sq ft one bedroom apartment on the top floor. It is in a residential neighborhood with wonderful neighbors who are always riding their bikes and walking their dogs. We are 1 mile from Downtown Long Beach and 0.5 miles to the beach. Enjoy the convenience of city living with the ambiance of a tree-lined residential neighborhood.

The bedroom features a Cal-King bed with a memory foam mattress. The bedroom has a new double-pane window with black-out curtains. All of this is provided to ensure a quiet, dark, and comfortable sleeping environment.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, oven and a microwave. We included all the kitchen essentials including cookware, utensils, dishware, glassware, and small appliances such as a toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee machine.

For entertainment we offer a 55" 4K Roku TV the living room and a 43" 4K Roku TV in the bedroom. Both TVs include Netflix and YouTube TV (70+ channels). Fast WiFi is available throughout the home to ensure everyone's mobile devices are happy.

The spacious covered balcony features outdoor seating, a bistro dining set, and views of Downtown Long Beach and the sunset. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle all year round like only Southern California can offer.

The sofa in the living room features a pull-out queen size bed with a memory foam mattress.

We use soft microfiber sheets on our beds and 100% cotton towels in our bathroom. One private underground garage parking space is provided. Our home is equipped with a dedicated workspace, laser printer, and fast WiFi to ensure a productive stay.

We love families! We provide a high chair, Pack and Play, and stroller for our younger guests.

The area is great to explore and see everything Long Beach has to offer. We were walking distance to the beach. Parking was key! The garage was great. Would stay here again!

Great Clean Property
This property is exactly what it looked like in the photo's. Close to 4th Street Restaurants and shops. It was also excellent to have a washer/dryer in the unit. I would stay there again!

Unfortunately not what we expected
Upon check-in, I started receiving multiple messages from the management company - don't smoke inside the building - don't remove makeup with towels etc. This should have been consolidated into one message instead of sending multiple messages, all sending notifications to my phone. The apartment itself is ok. Putting down the large deposit, I expected better furniture - the press wood nightstands are peeling and in desperate need of replacement. The biggest issue with the apartment was that it wasn't clean. It may have been surface cleaned, but it was not deep-cleaned between guests. There was hair all over the bathroom, the counter was filthy, crumbs in the drawers etc. We notified the property manager, who was responsive but never offered to have someone come clean or to fix the items that weren't working (light in bedroom, remote control). The parking garage is a must as there is no street parking. The parking garage is very steep, and our sedan bottomed out and scraped every time we came in or out of the garage. I cannot fault the management company for the location, but it just wasn't what we were looking for, and the building is old and has a terrible odor. Because of the many issues, we left and went to a hotel two days before our rental period ended. The property manager quickly refunded our deposit and was easy to work with, which was a pro.

Nice apartment, dirty bathroom and old building
The living room, kitchen and bedroom were all nice and well decorated. The bathroom was not clean and there was rust and calcium build up on the fixtures. The balcony smelled of dog feces. When I arrived the code wasn’t working so I had to reach out to the property manager to get in. Some of the instructions were inaccurate and need to be updated. Overall it was okay but for the price it should’ve been nicer.

Long Beach
I was in the area for both business and pleasure. The location had easy access to the highway and was also close to friends in the area, which was perfect for this trip, but my personal preference would have been to stay on the beach. The designated parking spot in the garage was a big plus, as construction was being done on the sidewalks and street parking was hard to come by. Our host was easy to contact when I requested extra towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable in the rental property, which was quiet even while the sidewalks were being replaced. Thank You.

This apartment has a walk score of 88 giving you access to parks, restaurants, coffee, farmers market, and the beach. Yoga on the beach happens everyday at 11 AM.
