We are excited to have you visit! Great fishing holes are within a three-minute drive from the house. If you are visiting Yellowstone National Park for the 2024 season, roads are open from April 19 through October 31, 2024.
Our beautiful rustic home is on the southern end of town. This vintage home is centrally located near Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Craters of the Moon National Monument, and the historic Sand Dunes. Rooms are large and bright with cozy decor. 10 minutes from Rexburg, 75 minutes from West Yellowstone, 10 minutes from the sand dunes, within walking distance to the legendary sandbar on Henry's Fork of the Snake River, 1 1/2 hours from Grand Teton NP & Jackson Hole, 2 hours from Craters of the Moon. Be sure to plan a few days! We are excited to host you!
This 1920s home was originally a one-room home. Previous owners added on over the years creating a quaint 3-bedroom home. All new carpet and paint throughout as of June 2018. The living room features a love seat, a couch that turns into a queen sofa sleeper with a 4-inch memory foam mattress, a smart TV set up with ROKU, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and a half bath in one corner.
The full-service kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, eating ware, flatware, cups, wine glasses, a toaster, a rice cooker, a blender, a crock pot, a microwave, a gas stove/oven, a coffee maker, and refrigerator. We provide breakfast foods, so please help yourselves to breads, bagels, cold cereal, fresh fruit, milk, juice, and yogurt. Knotty alder cabinets and granite countertops with a deep double sink complete this space.
The main level bathroom features a tub/hands-free shower, toilet, and vanity. We provide shower gel and shampoo as well as towels, q-tips, cotton balls, and dental flossers.
The main level half bath features a vanity, sink, mirror, and toilet.
The dining room features east-facing windows, air conditioning, and a dining table for 6-8 people.
The main level master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and two twin bunk beds decorated in Americana theme. There is a ceiling fan in this room as well as east-facing and south-facing windows with light-blocking curtains for a good night's sleep. This room also features a window air conditioning unit.
Second-level bedrooms feature ceiling fans and light blocking curtains, and air conditioning units.
The south bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. The room is decorated with a train theme. This room also features an air conditioner for those hot summer nights.
The north bedroom features a full-size bed and twin floor mattress decorated in greys and whites. Air conditioner is also located in this room.

Edit Profile
My husband, Jason and I are the parents of 7 active kids, six of which are at home. They are lively, but respectful of others and usually quiet during our guest's stay. We love to meet new people and travel to new places. Having previously owned a video store, we enjoy movies, specifically science fiction, action, history, comedy, and romance. We enjoy good books, especially classics and all kinds of music. We love to explore national parks, especially Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks as they are so close.
We began hosting with Airbnb a three years ago and enjoyed it so much we expanded. We currently have several homes which we list with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Three Bears Inn and Hunter's Hideaway are the only whole place listings on site with our personal home. Both of our other homes (Vintage Charm near National Parks and River Beach; and Vintage Cozy Family Home near National Parks) are located nearby within 1 mile of our home, so should you need us, we can be there in minutes.
We would love to host you! With six kids at home between the ages of 6 and 20, our personal home can be busy at times, and we are usually up later in the evenings when guests tend to check in. We prefer to meet our guests to personally check them in and are available for questions. We love to talk about the area you will be visiting and what there is to do and see. Please feel free to ask us questions!
Our motto is "Life is a journey, not a destination". We believe that everyone should live and enjoy life to its fullest and remember to stop and smell the roses, and look up at the beauty around them along the way.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property when we purchased it. We loved the uniqueness of how it was built over time, room by room. We updated this entire property in 2008 right before the bottom fell out of the real estate market. So instead of selling it, we kept it and turned it into an income producing property.
We love the unique charm this home has to offer in its construction and design. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the highway entrance.
