The Condo consist of a Queen size bed in each of the two bedrooms, a queen size High Rise Premium Comfort Airbed with a built in motor that will inflate or deflate in less than 4 minutes and can be placed in the living room, it is much more comfortable than a Sofa bed and can be stored away when not in use, please see pics in the Photo section. Their in a full size couch and loveseat in the living room , the full bathroom has an awesome porcelain tile shower and walls with all modern and new fixtures throughout the Condo. The kitchen has everything brand new as of 08/12/20 including the Cabinets, all new stainless appliances including the kitchen sink and the utensils. The unit is 700 Sq ft and is Ideal for a small family or a few friends for a weekend or longer duration getaways, I will allow up to 6 persons. I also have two other properties adjacent to it and posted on this site VRBO property ID # 482084 & # 602555 so if you have a larger group you may consider renting one or both of the other properties as well subject to availability. NO Smoking is allowed inside the premises and unfortunately NO PET'S as well. I live in the Main house across the lawn so if there is any question or concern please call or txt or look me up and I will try my best to make it right for you as I strive to have a 5 star review from you. There is propane or a charcoal gas grill by the back door for your personal use, a firepit, and a 120 ' Pier that will be shared with other guest on the property. You will be assigned one boat spot and two parking spots for your vehicles and if additional parking is needed let me know in advance and I will try to make it available if possible. There may be a parking spot available for your Boat Trailer just a short distance from here if needed. The Tiki bar and the hot tub are on the owner's side of the deck and ON OCCASION I have allowed limited use for a short duration with prior approval and subject to availability and if all property rules are met including use only by occoupiants that are staying with you and not visitors or outside friends.
The property in located on a Channel off the Main lake which is across the street and just a few short yards by boat out to Johnson Bay's popular Ski and wakeboard area , the sandbar is also a few minutes away from this property. A view of the Main lake is visible which across the street, see the pic's posted on this site. If you do not have a Boat then I may have a Pontoon available for rent at an additional cost to qualified renters subject to availability. The pics of the Pontoon are available for you to view on this post and is a separate transaction directly with me after you have rented the Condo on this site, you can also rent a Boat or a Pontoon at several of the Marina's on this Lake or in the surrounding area.
