About this property

Beautiful cottage just a few meters from the lake

The cottage has a lovely atmosphere with a cozy older part, which blends well with a more modern part of the building (to the built and renovated in 2012). The heart of the cottage is the relaxation room with fireplace and large panorama windows facing the lake. The cottage is also a lovely sauna overlooking the lake that you can relax in after a day in nature. Experience the best of Småland's beautiful scenery and fishing, hiking and stay on a farm with animals. At the same time it is close to supermarket and restaurant and other activities such. Ex. Astrid Lindgren's world, the Kingdom of Crystal, the furniture kingdom and golf courses.

When renting the cottage includes boat and canoe. It also includes a sauna raft and an activity hall of 240 square meters where, among other things, there are ping pong tables, billiards, picleball, floorball, etc. Both the sauna raft and the activity hall are shared with another cottage and the landlord. In the yard there is another cottage for rent (10031768).

Booking after 20210101, cleaning is included in the rent. During the low season, it is the same price to rent the cottage for 4 days as for a whole week.

Das Haus liegt direkt am See, es fehlt an nichts. Für Regentage oder lange Abende gibt es sogar eine große Scheune mit Billard, Tischtennis und Softtennis.

Lage direkt am See mit Badesteg und Boot ist top. Blick aus dem Haus direkt auf den See auch unverbesserlich. Holz für den Kaminofen gibt es, man kann sich den Hauptraum auch bei Regen sehr gemütlich machen. Herzlicher Empfang. Die Leiter in die oberen Schlafräume ist eher steil und oben ist die Deckenhöhe sehr gering, das ist eher etwas für sportliche Menschen oder für Kinder. Wir fanden die Möglichkeiten zum Fahrradfahren suboptimal-die Hauptstrasse zu stark befahren, die Wege oft zu rustikal. Die ca. 150m entfernte Hauptstrasse kann man auch Nachts hören.

Trevlig vistelse och vänlig värd, rekommenderas! Fint belägen stuga, mysig med tillgång till utebastu och aktivitetslokal i närliggande ladugård. Hade endast önskat något bättre underhåll av allt men värden är väldigt vänlig och tillmötesgående så det mesta går att lösa. Tips för framtiden: Ordna bättre isolering och värmesystem i ladugården då den nuvarande dieselvärmaren inte är effektiv nog och avger doft i lokalen. Lokalen är omöjlig att värma upp med nuvarande system vintertid. Tillhandhåll gärna fler och bättre underhållen aktivitetsutrustning. ex. de flesta pingisbollar är sönder och spruckna. Biljardutrustningen behöver underhåll mm. möjliggör spel av fotboll genom att skydda lysrören i taket. I stugan saknas i alla fall en handduk i badrummet utan extra kostnad. Gärna lite fräschare och nyare kuddar och täcken. Utebastun behöver ny glasdörr som ersätter den temporära isoleringen.

Me and my brother, Per Carlsson run a farm with meat animals, forest, forest contract, machine sales and tourist activities.
We have two nice cabins that we rent to tourists. It is fun with some life and movement on the farm, so it is always fun when tourists come to the farm. Our mother, Birgitta Carlsson also helps us, so it is especially Birgitta who receives you and shows you around the farm if you want.

A wonderful nice cottage with both a tatch of luxury and genius. Better location does not get a few meters to the water.
