CASA SALSA LIBRE is situated in a residential area in the village Selargius (30. 000 Inhabitants) at 10 minutes distance (by car) from the capital and the sea.
Our villa HAS three floors-including 2 for our guests.
The basement (apartment 1) is for the owners and the ground floor and 1st floor (apartment 2) Intended for our guests.
FREE parking and WiFi and a big supermarket in front of your apartment.

Officially we have 2 bedrooms with 3 sleepingplaces / beds. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed.
There is also a single bed in the bedroom, but we can only use one. The same counts in the living room which offers place for two people.

Each room features AIR CONDITIONING (hot air for the winter).
Each room has ook mosquitonet.

BREAKFAST:
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can decide Whether you make your breakfast by yourself and get up When You because, OR that your breakfast shouldering be served. The supermarket is located directly in front of your apartment. If we have to serve your breakfast it will be between 9-10
o 'clock with an extra charge of 5 euros per person per day. Regarding the local rules and laws we can only serve prepackaged products.

PRICES:
The prices are based on MINIMUM 2 persons. Starting from the third person there will be a DISCOUNT.
The price includes gas, water, electricity, sheets and towels.

CLEANING:
For the final cleaning we charge one-time € 35

LOCATION:
We are living at 10 minutes driving distance from the center of the capital Cagliari, 10 minutes from Cagliari / Elmas and 10 minutes long sandy beach called Poetto.

GUEST ACCESS:
The guests have their Own private entrance on the ground floor.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We speak Dutch, German, English, French and Italian.

Not permitted:
Pets are not allowed.
Forbidden to smoke inside. You can smoke outside in the front or backyard.
Please do not forget to turn off the lights and air conditioning When you make a trip.

MINIMUM NIGHTS:
01-01 to 31-03 = minimum 2 nights
01-04 to 30-06 = minimum 3 nights
01-07 to 31-08 = minimum 7 nights
01-09 to 31-10 = minimum 3 nights
01-11 to 31-12 = minimum 2 nights

On request we can place a campbed for children under 3 years old. To place a campbed we ask a fee of 5 euros per night. If you bring your own campbed or the child sleeps with you, the stay for children under 3 years are free.

Children 6 - 12 years are charged EUR 20 per night
