This spacious fully furnished beach getaway is newly remodeled and just a short stroll to both the beach and the bay. The open floor plan features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a private enclosed yard; which is the perfect place to entertain and enjoy the ocean breeze. Just steps to the M street beach, a short bike ride to the Balboa Ferry, a stones throw to the wedge and a nice walk to dining, entertainment and the Balboa Pier.

Family vacation

Really loved the location of the house. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Loved being on this tree lined quiet street with ample parking. The house functioned well and was well stocked.. beds and linens were comfy! The only note I would make is that the 2nd bathroom is located in the garage (not noted in the listing) that being said, it was well appointed. Would def book again.

Awesome location!

Perfect location and super friendly fly neighborhood! You can walk to the wedge, bay side or beach in just a few minutes. The yard is fantastic and the floor plan is great too! We’d go back for sure!!

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach

Lovely patio for a large family in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Did the beach everyday and the kids loved it. Definitely planning on returning!

Beautiful location and great space

We have been coming to Balboa Peninsula for several years now for the week of July 4th. This rental definitely was one of the best. Very clean, great outdoor space, quiet neighborhood, hop skip and a jump to the beach and best of all the house was well stocked!! My family enjoyed their time here and we will be back!
